SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, Hajime Toyonaga, the Representative Director of Cooperative Free Network, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint Yoko Okada, the Executive Manager of Free Network Cooperative Association, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts or thing, to wit:

(a) To attend the interview at the POLO office in Tokyo 5-15-5 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-8537 in my behalf as the Representative of Cooperative Free Network;

(b) To sign, seal, execute and deliver any document or instrument necessary in carrying out into effect the power and authority herein granted;
