AAPPR is the premiere association for in-house physician and provider recruitment professionals, their leadership, and anyone responsible for sourcing through retention in health systems, group practices and the like. AAPPR has a menu of new sponsorships for 2020 that lean into healthcare’s current need to adapt and change their way of doing business. With the cancellation of AAPPR’s conference and the potential for further decreased face-to-face interaction, we’re getting creative to connect our members with you. WEBINAR SPONSORSHIPS

WEBINAR SPONSOR

CONTENT

Sponsors will create content for an up to one-hour company branded webinar. AAPPR will provide the Zoom platform and execute attendee registration while working collaboratively with sponsor on pre and post marketing. Webinar may also be shared on AAPPR’s Facebook page with sponsor’s permission. Webinar will reside on the Learning Center of the AAPPR website for one year and could be eligible for up to 1 contact hour of credit towards recertification (topic dependent). AAPPR will promote the webinar to members.

WELLNESS VIDEO

Sponsor can create up to three wellness videos, including a Facebook Live (example: yoga session), and include sponsors’ branding in backgrounds or logo on screen. Videos will live on a wellness-related section of the AAPPR website for one year and be promoted on social medias and Pulse e-newsletters.

SPECIALIZED WEBINAR SPONSOR

KEYNOTE WEBINAR

Sponsors will be given a five-minute intro to promote their company then introduce keynote. Keynote’s presentation will be a different topic than their anticipated 2021 conference address. Sponsors’ logo will be on presentation materials. Webinar will live on the Learning Center of the AAPPR website for up to one year.

CLIFTONSTRENGTHS WEBINAR exclusive

Sponsors will be given a five-minute intro to promote their company then introduce the CliftonStrengths facilitator. Presentation will be co-branded with sponsor. The webinar will help participants identify and describe their greatest talents and strategies to apply them in their personal and professional lives.

VIRTUAL LIVE ENGAGEMENT

VIRTUAL ROUNDTABLE SPONSOR

Sponsor will host a one-hour virtual roundtable discussion with up to 12 attendees on a topic of sponsor’s choice. Sponsor may request a curated attendee list (AAPPR will partner with you to identify people or organizations of highest interest and invite on your behalf). If not curated, a broader invitation will be sent to members (or geographic segment of members) to participate. Sponsor will receive the full attendee list (up to 15 attendees in case of last-minute cancelations).

VIRTUAL INTERVIEW SPONSOR

Sponsor will hold 20-minute live interview on Facebook Live and Instagram Live with AAPPR CEO and AAPPR Physician Recruitment Advisor, then a 10-minute Q&A will be open with participants. Interview will reside on the AAPPR Facebook Page archive.

ONLINE VISIBILITY

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS FLIPBOOK SPONSOR exclusive one year

AAPPR will create a digital flipbook instructing members on how to get the most out of your membership and access benefits. The AAPPR online flipbook will be co-branded with the sponsor for one year and live on the AAPPR website. This will be a popular resource for existing and potential members. It will be promoted in the AAPPR e-newsletter and used on social medias.

VIDEO AD SPONSOR

Ability to place a video ad (max. 15 seconds) in the News section on the AAPPR website ( aappr.org/category/news). Each video will be featured in the upcoming AAPPR Pulse e-newsletter sent to all members (one video per issue). Sponsor must produce and edit own video ads. Sponsor may also include a link to invite viewers to request more information.

RESOURCE SECTION SPONSOR two available

Sponsor will utilize the Resource section on the home page of AAPPR’s website for their own curated content relevant to the industry. Content will have a clickable link back to sponsor’s website. The content will be shared on AAPPR’s website for the third and fourth quarters of 2020. AAPPR will promote the content on social media and in e-newsletters.

CHAT BANNER AD SPONSOR

Your banner ad will be shown exclusively beside member chat communications for one week, per availability in 2020. This equates to approximately 15 emails per day. Only one sponsor can post an AAPPR Chat banner ad per week. The sponsor must design and submit the ad at least two weeks before broadcast date. Ads must be JPG or PNG format and 200 pixels wide x 200 high.*This option is already a benefit to corporate contributors.

PLAYLIST SPONSOR

Sponsor can curate up to three playlists on Spotify, (i.e., vacation, chill, workout playlists). AAPPR will promote the playlists and recognize the sponsor in Pulse e-newsletters, on social media and the AAPPR website.

MAILBOX VISIBILITY

ROAR ARTICLE WITH HALF PAGE AD SPONSOR three available

Sponsor will author an article for AAPPR’s ROAR publication and also receive a half page ad with authored content. ROAR is mailed to AAPPR members and archived on AAPPR’s website. Article and ad are due by September 4, 2020 for the next issue. (aappr.org/member-development/roar-archive)*This option is already a benefit to corporate contributors.

Sponsor will receive a full page ad on inside front cover of AAPPR’s ROAR publication. Deadline for Fall 2020 is September 4, 2020 and Spring 2021 due date is January 22, 2021. ROAR is mailed to AAPPR members and archived on AAPPR’s website.

NEW MEMBER WELCOME SPONSOR exclusive one year

Sponsor can include promotional literature in the welcome packet AAPPR sends to all new members (approximately 500) for one year. Sponsor will ship printed copies of the literature to the AAPPR office.

MEMBER RENEWAL SPONSOR exclusive one year

Sponsor can include promotional literature in the individual membership renewal notice AAPPR sends to members (approximately 1,200) for one year. Sponsor will ship printed copies of the literature to the AAPPR office.

CPRP WELCOME SPONSOR exclusive one year

Be the exclusive sponsor to include literature in a coveted mailing with nearly 500 currently certified Fellows who are being sent their new CPRP Certificate. The package will be sent by AAPPR with one printed collateral from the sponsor. Up to (5) five double-sided 8.5” x 11” pages can be included in each packet (or an equivalent brochure, etc.). This sponsorship is only available until June 1, 2020.
