AboutClackamas Service Center is a one-stop service hub for community members facing hunger and poverty. We address the needs of our community by providing hot meals, emergency food, and medical care. We also offer supportive services such as freeclothing, dental care, showers, haircuts, and warming shelter in cold weather. Through these offerings, we help those in our community who are homeless or at risk ofhomelessness move out of poverty in a dignified and supportive way.
Since our founding in 1973, CSC has operated out of an old church near the border of Clackamas and Multnomah counties. In July 2017, our building was partially destroyed in a fire, which led to months of clean-up and construction. During this time, we’ve continued to serve, with support from local businesses, individuals, and partner organizations. We look forward to returning to our refurbished and improved building in early summer 2018.
