JOHN WATSONJOHN IS MARRIED AND HAS TWO BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN. HE HAS LIVED IN WASHINGTON HIS ENTIRE LIFE AND CURRENTLY LIVES IN PUYALLUP WHERE RECENTLY HE HAS BEEN BUSY REMOLDING HIS HOME, MAKING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE KITCHEN, FLOORING, RESTROOMS, AND EXTERIOR. JOHN IS MOST HAPPY WHILE SPENDING TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. HIS FAVORITE SUMMER SPOT IS LAKE CUSHMAN, WHICH OFFERS GREAT CAMPING, HIKING, FISHING, CRABBING AND KAYAKING. JOHN ALSO ENJOYS GOLFING, FRISBEE GOLF, BOWLING AND CATCHING A HAWKS GAME.

WILL LEVIN WILL IS A SEATTLE-NATIVE WHO HAS BEEN LIVING ON CAPITOL HILL FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. WILL FOLLOWED HIS PASSION FOR ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION TO STUDY AT UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON AND IS CURRENTLY PURSUING HIS MBA AT FOSTER SCHOOL OF BUSINESS. IN HIS SPARE TIME, WILL LOVES TRAVELING THE WORLD, CROSSFIT, ROAD CYCLING, LOOKING AT ART AND WALKING THROUGH HIS NEIGHBORHOOD. WHEN THE SUN IS OUT, WILL LOVES TO GRILL OUTSIDE WITH FRIENDS AND SWIM IN LAKE WASHINGTON.

SHANNON BENYA SHANNON IS RELATIVELY NEW TO SEATTLE BUT HAS LIVED IN THE CAPITOL HILL/CENTRAL DISTRICT

NEIGHBORHOODS SINCE SHE’S ARRIVED. SHANNON STUDIED ARCHITECTURE AT THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY AND PRACTICED ARCHITECTURE FOR A FEW YEARS AFTER GRADUATION. AFTER

SWITCHING CAREER PATHS TO CONSTRUCTION, SHANNON JOINED TURNER AND HAS LOVED THE EXPE-RIENCES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND FRIENDSHIPS THAT HAVE DEVELOPED. IN HER SPARE TIME, SHANNON

LOVES TO BOULDER, HIKE, BIKE, SPEND TIME OUTSIDE AND TRAVEL. YOU CAN FIND SHANNON PICNICK-ING WITH FRIENDS AND HER BOXER PUP, OSCAR, ON LAKE WASHINGTON ANY SUMMER EVENING.

TAYLOR ARNDT TAYLOR WAS RAISED IN BELLINGHAM WASHINGTON WITH HIS PARENTS

AND TWO OLDER BROTHERS. AFTER HIGH SCHOOL, TAYLOR WENT TO PULLMAN FOR HIS UNDERGRAD AT WSU WHERE HE BECAME

INTERESTED IN ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION. OUTSIDE OF WORK, TAYLOR ENJOYS THE PNW AND ALL IT HAS TO OFFER: SKIING, HIKING, SWIMMING AND RIDING HIS BICYCLE. TAYLOR RECENTLY BECAME AN

UNCLE TO HIS BROTHER’S SON LIAM, AND OFTEN FINDS HIMSELF GOING HOME TO SPEND TIME WITH THE LITTLE GUY. TAYLOR IS EXCITED FOR THE

COMING SUMMER AND GETTING OUT ON HIS UNCLE’S BOAT.

BILL KETCHAM BILL HAS BEEN WITH TURNER FOR 16 YEARS, IN TURNER’S NYC AND CALIFORNIA OFFICES. HE

MOVED HIS FAMILY TO THE BEAUTIFUL PNW THIS PAST SUMMER AND HAS SETTLED DOWN IN SAMMAMISH. PRIOR TO JOINING TURNER, BILL WORKED AS AN ARCHITECT IN NYC, WITH A FOCUS ON HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND ADAPTIVE REUSE PROJECTS. IN HIS SPARE TIME, BILL IS USUALLY CHASING HIS FIVE CHILDREN AROUND. EVEN WITH FIVE BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN, HE

STILL MANAGES TO STAY INVOLVED IN YOUTH ATHLETICS AND THEATER; WHICH ARE THE PASSION OF SEVERAL OF HIS KIDS. HE’S LOOKING FORWARD TO SPENDING SOME TIME IN THE

SAN JUAN’S THIS SUMMER AND WITH EXTENDED FAMILY FOR A WEDDING IN WALLA WALLA.

Construction begins Monday, April 17th! Saint Mark’s will be undergoing a lot of changes in the next several months. We are excited to be a part of the team, so please allow us to introduce ourselves. If you see us around, please feel free to stop and say hi.

PROJECT LOOK AHEADOur team is very excited to get started on this meaningful community project. Turner will provide regular updates to make sure you are well informed during the construction process.

Work begins Monday 4/17 and is set to finish at the end of November. The first week of construction we will be setting up the jobsite. Fencing will also be set up around the exterior of the church and some parking will be restricted. During the second week, you will start to see the landscaping removal around the cathedral. Construction will continue on the North side of the building in the third week. This is when we will begin erecting the scaffolding at the interior and exterior. After the scaffolding is up, we will begin the window removal and stone installation. We will work our way around from the North to the East and finish the project along the South side of the cathedral with the elevator addition.
