AppliancesThe dorm kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven and stove. Kitchen appliances are available for the use. Residents may check out cooking utensils, pots, and pans from the RA office.

BathroomsEach floor has a community bathroom.

AccessibilityThe first floor is handicap accessible.

Laundry & VendingThere is a free laundry facility on the ground floor, one beverage machine, and one snack machine.

LoungesTwo lounges are available on the ground floor to residents. The main lounge has a TV, lounge furniture, games, vending machines, and tables with a direct access door to the kitchen. The smaller lounge is typically used for studying.

RecreationAvailable for checkout: Large variety of movies, vacuums, board games and cards, lawn games, and sporting equipment.

Hall ChapelSt. Martin’s Chapel is located on the ground floor. Mass is offered in this chapel one morning a month and on St. Martin of Tours’ feast day, November 11. The chapel can accommodate approximately 90 students. The chapel offers adoration of the Blessed Sacrament Monday - Friday, 1:00–9:00 p.m.

SecurityThe building is locked from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. during that time residents can only access the building through the front door. Residents are issued one individual room key that allows them access into their room. The building exterior doors are locked 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can only be accessed by use of the ID card.
