- 10. CHECK-IN A SINGLE RESERVATION Be it a reserved room or a checked-in room, you can browse through their Reservations and make changes. When you right-click on a Reservation which has not been checked-in yet, you get different options in a menu that opens up. Let us start with using menu options one by one.
- 11. CHECK-IN CARD A Check-in Card appears on screen. Click on Hide Price if you dont want to show the Booking Price
- 12. CHECK-IN COMPLETE GROUP RESERVATION To check-in the whole Group Reservation, click on Group Check In in the menu.
- 13. CANCEL CHECK-IN Once a Reservation gets checked-in, an option to cancel it appears in the menu. If you want to cancel a Reservation just checked-in, right- click on it and select Cancel Check In from the menu.
- 14. UN-ASSIGNING THE RESERVATION An alert appears to seek your confirmation whether you wish to unassign this Reservation. Click on Ok to cancel check in and unassign the Reservation
- 15. The checked-in status of the room gets cancelled and it comes back to reserved status in another room
- 16. ASSIGN A ROOM A Reservation can be assigned a specific room. Right-click on the Reservation and select Assign form the menu, as shown below.
- 17. ROOM ASSIGNED TO THE RESERVATION You will notice that when you place mouse on the Reservation, (A) is mentioned along with name of the guest. This shows that the Reservation has been assigned Room No. 102.
- 18. If you had assigned a specific room to a Reservation, you can Un Assign it and assign that room to another guest. Right-click on the Reservation to be Un Assigned. Select Un Assign from the menu.
- 19. The system will automatically shift the Reservation to any other Room No. (according to its availability) of same Room Type. The above Reservation moves to Room No. 101.
- 20. TAKING PAYMENT Payment can be taken at any point of time - before Check-in or during advance booking, after Check-in or during the stay of the guest, during Check-out or post Check-out. Right-click on a Reservation and select Payments.
- 21. PAYMENTS SECTION Payments section for this Reservation opens in a new tab, as shown below. As this Reservation has not been checked-in yet, there is no transaction in the Account Statement. You can take payment of the booking amount
- 22. PAY NOW OPTION Select Mode of Payment and Pay Type, as shown below. Then click on Pay Now.
- 23. SPLITTING SINGLE/GROUP RESERVATION To split a Group Reservation, you need to split each Single Reservation in that group. By right-clicking on a Reservation on Front Desk, you can use Split Reservation option directly. Right-click on a Reservation to be split, as shown below. Select Split Reservation from the menu.

- 25. CHANGE ROOM You may choose to change the room by selecting new room from the dropdown. Change Room panel, Then click on Change Room. First room gets checked-out and the second room gets checked-in.

- 27. CHECKING-OUT A SINGLE RESERVATION To check-out a Single Reservation, right-click on it and select Check Out from the menu
