What it FOSS?

Full Option Science System (FOSS)

FOSS is a research-based science program for grades K–8 developed the Lawrence Hall of Science at Berkeley with support from the National Science Foundation.

Grade Level Planning

• Expanding on FOSS Kit Lessons/Building – Gr 1

• Designing Bridges – Gr 2

• Introduction of Scientific Method – Gr 3

• “Oil Spill” curriculum from Engineering is Elementary to expand on the work current Foss kits. Gr - 4
