12. 心得•不同的組織有不同的情況,因此需要考量本身組織的特性,來定訂定最好的策略。• 策略是會隨著時間、環境等因素變動的,並非固定的。• 平衡計分卡主要注意四個部分,有些其他因素並未考量,是否無法完整評估?
