PURPOSE Establish an app that uses voice
recordings of lectures and translates them into a written form making it easier to make outlines for studying as well as establishing study questions based on lecture notes alone

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE APP Records lectures and translates into
written form Can edit written translation, add a star/
asterisk where important info is, outline options (bullets, numbers, roman numerals, etc)
Innovative study question system (like flash cards) based on lecture notes alone. (can be voice activated with question/answer or written out)
Can have multiple subjects and app will organize into different tabs/folders

PROBLEM: FRANTICALLY TAKING NOTES DURING CLASS, BUT NOT UNDERSTANDING THE MATERIAL.
Don’t you wish there was a more efficient way of taking notes, while being able to pay attention to the teacher?
The Study Xpress App records a lecture or class, and converts the lecture into a written text
The App will focus on helping the student become more engaged in class and study effectively outside of class

•Create study questions based on specific class notes to challenge students knowledge
•Maximize students overall classroom performance

WHY DOES THE PROBLEM NEED TO BE SOLVED?
Many students, including myself, have encountered the following: Professors don’t provide lecture notes at all You miss something important in lecture Spend a significant amount of time constructing an outline

Proposed to Microsoft and Apple for initial testing
Can be used in globally since it has language translation features
