Greetings Pilgrims,

You received the flight information yesterday but I think you may need a little more information in order to arrange your travel.

You will need to get to Crestmont unless as in one case you are meeting us along the way. But to be less confusing, as a blanket statement, we need to see all of you at Crestmont on Monday, February 27, 2012. We will have lodging available for you at Crestmont, and will enjoy a dinner together at 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. and an orientation meeting right after dinner.

Please plan to arrive at Crestmont anytime on Monday. (No uniforms).

After the study tour, we will arrive at LAX at 10:35 pm on Monday March 12. If you want to arrange your own transportation at that point you may do so, but we will have a bus that will take everyone

back to Crestmont. You may stay the night at Crestmont if you wish unless you are in the LA area. The following day you are on your own to make your travel arrangements which may need to include a shuttle service to the airport.

If you are planning to attempt a connecting flight Monday night, you need to consider that it may take us more than 1 hour or even two hours to get our luggage and clear customs.
