The SunriseModTilt system is a

Engineered Structural Application (ESA) that can be applied to almost any construction project. The ModTilt system is a very simple process and utilizes the combination of two very old and successful methods of construction. Concrete tilt wall method

Light weight heavy gauge metal (LWHG) stud wall method

The panels are framed with LWHG studs and track and can be pre-fabricated in a plant or cast on-site on the building slab. Then a 2″ thick concrete skin is added to the face of the wall panel. The steel is attached to the concrete by tabs that are punched out of the side flange of the studs and track, as recommended by the structural engineer. The panels do not use rebar but use wire mats to secure each section to the other. The resulting product is a structurally sound building panel that contains a finished outside surface with a studded inside face, ready for the desired finish-out.

The exterior of the system can be cast with feature strips or any decorative reveals to meet the Owners desires.

ModTilt System



The SunriseModTilt system offers

what most other methods cannot…. Speed, Efficiency and Cost Savings. We can achieve this because of the simple way the system works.

Our system is lighter and capable of spreading the weight load along the entire length of the wall, thus allowing us to reduce the amount of concrete and steel within the footings and slab.

Panels can be cast onsite with a 48 hour erection time or they can be precast offsite and dropped shipped when needed.

Panels can be welded directly to each other or to structural members for quick and efficient installation.

ModTilt floor systems attach directly to the wall system giving higher support and stability, along with ease and speed.

The larger the project the more time efficient ModTilt is; capable of saving up-to a 50% time savings.

Having the ability to pre-cast the exterior finish, ModTilt saves on both costs and time. A simple power wash and most walls are complete.

ModTilt is ENERGY EFFICIENT; the combination of our concrete skin and rigid insulation gives the ModTilt system a higher energy rating than standard stick building methods.

Sunrise field teams consist of highly experienced professionals who understand the sensitivity

and needs of individuals and first responders, service providers, support personnel and residential support patrons. In‐House, In‐Field and On‐Site Management will provide for immediate local emergency contacts, emergency and nonemergency response, clear communication of all procedures and a safe & secure habitat for all occupants & staff.

Our resources include complete design, engineering and construction of wastewater systems and management, potable water production and delivery, emergency disaster recovery and response requirements, civil construction and engineer-ing, utility services installation and connections, project management and plant operations and maintenance.

OUR TECHNOLOGIES Our FAST products and technology are available in many sizes; from single home applications to thousands of homes on a single system. Systems are designed for use above ground or for subsurface applications. FAST is also used aboard ships or platforms for above water projects. The units are used aboard US Navy vessels in-cluding the newest aircraft carrier in the US fleet, the George Hubbell W. Bush. Containerized units have been selected by other US agencies for use in emergency housing and other military and civilian post war applications. The containerized FAST Unit systems have provided a model for the development of new regula-tion and specifications for Portable Wastewater Treatment Equipment used in above round ap-plications worldwide. We realize the growing need to proved new solutions to old problems. The FAST technology is a patented innovative application of proven science. The system utilizes components that are universally adaptable and based on reliable technological principles. Our engineering department develops wastewater treatment solutions for the client based on DPD requirements, site conditions and resource availability. From large scale treatment plants to austere base camp environments, we manufacture systems capable of handling or providing mil-lions of gallons a day. Our corrosion resistant, skid mounted and containerized Desalination/RO systems with proprietary multi-media formulations and adaptable connections are designed to make our equipment and the distribution of treated water simple and reliable.

The FAST system may be applied to a wide variety of uses including commercial, industrial, private and municipal. Our systems may be augmented with additional support systems and components including: pumping/lift stations, sewer systems, grit removal systems, screen filters, sludge processing/ handling, chlorination, UV and de-nitrifications

systems,; just to name a few and they are virtually maintenance free.

RUMAILA, Iraq

502 Man Camp in the Rumaila field, Iraq

Project Description:

IT TAKES over an hour to drive the length of Rumaila oilfield in southern Iraq. The view is dreary—scrubland and

rusting war relics—but the prospects enormous. When Rumaila’s deposits were discovered, it was the second‐biggest

oilfield in the Middle East, if measured together with its adjacent sister field at West Qurna.

Other big fields, at Majnoon and Nahr Umar, are nearby, clustered to the west and south of the Zagros Mountains, in

Iran. For three decades, thanks to wars and economic sanctions, Iraq’s fields have struggled along, badly run, produc-

ing far less than they should have. But change is taking place. Several Multinationals signed a technical services con-

tract for Rumaila recently. The new drilling rigs are moving in and Life Support Facilities are being built close to the oil-

field, complete with sporting facilities such as football pitch. With such potential around it and Iraq’s only port on its

doorstep, the city of Basra stands to become a wealthy

oil hub.

SAIPEM has identified the need for a first installation of Life Support Accommodation & Office Facilities for its own and

its contractor’s personnel working in the Basra region in Iraq. This Offer addresses these requirements following the

indications and specifications included in the tender documentation received on November 9th 2010.

UK Ministry Of Defense Camps – Al Amara & Shaibah, Iraq

Description of Work Performed:

We served as the prime contractor for an $8M firm‐fixed price contract with the UK Ministry of Defense (MoD),

providing design and construction for facilities additions at two military camps in Al Amara and Shaibah Iraq for

the British Army. The existing camps were originally built under military direction from disassembled camps in

the Balkans and required improvements. To complete the overall contract goal of renovating two existing mili-

tary camps in Iraq, the group managed between four and six simultaneous projects while working under aus-

tere conditions. We designed and constructed lodging, laundry, kitchen, and dining facilities; waste manage-

ment systems; and water and power supply with distribution capabilities. Kitchens were designed and built to

feed1,000 people four meals per day. Laundry facilities were built to serve 1,000 people with a 48‐hour turna-

round.

This project was for the Delivery and Construction of three (3) separate camp facilities in Iraq for the coalition

forces in Iraq. The group delivered 500 units and the camp accommodated 1000 personnel with full range of

services. The Camp included: Living Quarters, Kitchen & Dining Facilities, MWR, Laundry, Administration, Secu-

rity, communications & Storage areas, etc. required to maintain & sustain the 1000 personnel capacity. The fa-

cilities were built in Iraq during an extremely hostile, high security alert period. Movement of materials and

manpower required significant force protection and secured access. Local procurement and subcontracting was

a major challenge. This project was delivered on time and to the Contracting Agency’s specifications and cost.

The project included the provision of full Operations, Maintenance & Service.
