Management are the delivery of high quality accustomed AIESEC experiences, enabling leadership development through leadership roles and exchange opportunities as well as the management of learning and education of our members.


TM & F• Increase in member efficiency ratio• Members give sufficient and effective number of

hours in AIESEC. Our inputs is members’ time and output is members’ learning and in the process what we get is organization results and impact.

• Better ability to manage members from diverse backgrounds.

• Identification of competency gaps amongst members and specific areas which need attention. Solutions can then be found to bridge the gaps. For example through training, goal setting and coaching

TM & F• Finance and Logistics: Finance and Logistics handles all financial aspects

of AIESEC .The team also deal deals with anything that is directly related to the university. This team is for any student who is interested in accounting, finance or any technical aspect of a student organization. Being a member of finance and logistics not only provides a great opportunity to learn how AIESEC operates, but it can help any student master the comprehension of any student organization. They maintain the account balance locally and nationally, perform project budgets, monthly finance updates, finance-logistical support to other teams, and organize room and vehicle reservations, as well as all information systems.

• Part salespersons, part financial planners, part accountants, these individuals ensure that we as a local meet our rigorous goals and requirements.
