To view the available reports, click on Reports. To see who has run reports, click on Report Activity tab.

Authorized City Portal Users may navigate to the Enrollment tab, where they enter the member’s information

Be sure to type in the member’s “persistent” email address for future electronic communications from TMRS.

Save your payroll file to your computer, then browse to the file through this screen

Uploading Payroll Files

MONTHLY PAYROLL consists of two actions: 1)  Submitting / uploading reports for employee contributions and monthly

payroll (TMRS-2 and TMRS-3) 2)  Submitting funds For more information on submitting monthly payroll data electronically, see p. 17 of the City Portal Training Manual. To submit funds electronically, you will need to set up ACH transfers. See page 4 of the Electronic Payroll Guide.
