Saturay, December 17th was the fifth annual south hamilton dodge ball tounament.

The proud winners of the middle school bracket were the Great balls of fire.The high school bracket winners were the stormin' beaversthere were 22 teams in the middle school bracket, and 14 in the high school's.

On november 29th the South hamilton dance team went to state. the gems got five awards! they got the sportsmanship award, judges choice award for kick, first in kick, first in pom, and first in military! The girls were very excited to bring home these awards. they will also be performing at the halftimes of some home games to show off these routines. the gems will be performing a special christmas routine, as well!

The sixth grade band is working on the

there was a concert for k-4 on december 13 at 6:45. The theme for the concert was

Have you ever wanted to have super strength? Well in the second book of the Lorien Legacies, The Power Of Six by Pittacus Lore, you get super strength, but use it wisely. don’t hurt anyone good.

This awesome book is science fiction and takes place on earth in the United States. The characters John, Marina, and Six are members of the Garde. Henri is a Cepan. The Mogadorians are trying to kill the Garde. Six decides to go to Spain to see what’s wrong in Spain. Marina is a Garde who lives in Spain. When the Mogadorians come and wreck her home, she thinks that a Mogadorian is waiting for her but then the guy named Crayton says that it is alright and he is a Lorien that got sent on the second ship. Marina knew that it was alright to go with him.

This particular author is awesome at the plot. The reason the plot is so good is because this author has a good imagination. An example of good plot in this book is when John and Six fight the Mogadorians. This part of the book tells you how much they get hurt and it makes you feel like you are in the book.

If you want to know more you will have to read the awesome book! This book is for young adults, they will really enjoy the book. If you do decide to read the series, you will want to read them in this order, I am Number Four, The Power Of Six, and The Rise Of Nine. I hope you read this series.
