• For various reasons, they do not convey their perception
• It is very difficult to study their mind in the normal circumstances
What is Image Audit• It is the study of ‘hidden
perception’ of stakeholders
• For any educational institutions, students and teachers are the most important stakeholders
• For any commercial organisation, employees and customers are important stakeholders
When to be conducted
• Every person has got a basic perception. This will temporarily undergo a change due to emotions and other factors and will settled won at the base level after some time (eg. Elections)
• Image Audit is to be conducted in a normal day
Who needs to conduct
• Generally, the stakeholders do not reveal their mind to their own employers frankly
• When they are in group and unidentifiable, they are frank with third persons.
Methodology
• A questionnaire is administered on the target audience, after ascertaining the areas to be studied from the managemet
• Respondents should be asked to give their perception anonymously
Studying the data
• After administering the questionnaire, enormous data will be available.
• Data speaker louder and they need to analyse with proper interpretation.

• All commercial and non commercial organisations
• Educational institutions
• Government and Non-Govt bodies
• All those who need a pubic image
