“For a tuscan winery the choice to mainly produce rosé wine is unusual, but it respects perfectly our estate’s terroir and reflects our wine making studies in France, a country with a big focus on rosé wine. In addition, Fattoria Sardi has white and red wines typical of Lucca terroir. Our winery also includes the opportunity to have an incredible hospitality experience with accommodations thanks to the 18 th century Villa Renaissance and the farmhouse” - Mina
