External layer of ORCA® Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (CSM) gives:

• Weatherproof resistance (fading and aging)• Chemical resistance• Abrasion resistance

Interlayer Neoprene® (CR) between the CSM and textile gives:• Optimal adhesion to textile and rubber

Base re-inforcing layer:• Provides additional strength and durability to all layers

Neoprene inner layers gives:• Perfect air & water tightness• Excellent adhesion to textile and rubber

One of the key aspects behind the popularity of our maxiStow Hypalon inflatable fenders is the reassurance in knowing they feature hand-bonded, quad layered seams - ensuring superior reinforcement throughout the entire fender construction.

All maxiStow Inflatable Fenders are subjected to stringent pressure testing prior to completion, ensuring that they can exceed the requirements of ISO EN 6185-4-2011.

A pressure test certificate is available on request with all our inflatable fenders.

We exclusively use Leafield D7 Inflation valves on our entire Inflatable Fender range, ensuring airtight reliability for the most demanding applications as well as offering a low profile and stylish finish.

D7 fill adapters are also available to purchase separately.

Swivels Crew Handles

Our Fender Attachment swivels allow for unhindered 360° rotation of the Inflatable Fender - preventing unnecessary twisting of the Fender line and potential damage to the topsides/bulwark.

Ideal for larger Super and Mega Yacht fenders where manual handling and crew safety is paramount. Crew Safety Handles assist crews when inflating, manoeuvring, and deploying the fenders on-board.

Attachment Points

Securely inter-connected to the fender fabric construction to ensure that the exerted load on the attachment points is evenly distributed through the inflatable fender.

D-RingReinforced webbing strops on each fender end fitted with SS AISI 316 marine grade 8mm x 50mm ‘D’ ring.Soft loopReinforced webbing strops on each fender end, with 70mm Soft Loop.

The indicated technical data is based on average results. Due to production procedures, deviations up to -5% can occur. All technical data is in accordance with the present standard of knowledge and given without legal binding.
