HOW TO USE

When you have completed your purchase, you can finally use the services available.

From your personal area you can: • Post job offers• Search CVs in database (if you purchased the

database service)• Riceive applications for jobs posted

How to manage candidacies?To view the curriculum received from candidates, you have

to click on “Applications” button the menu of your private area.

In this section you will find a list of your ads and the number of applications received for each.

• Click on the number of candidates for the ad you are interested and vision, one by one, the curriculum.

• Once you receive the CV, indicating whether it was Examined, Discarded, or is under Negotiation.

• All downloaded CVs will be at your disposal in the "My CV" area.

What is the meaning of “Downloaded CVs”?

When you decide to see a curriculum in the “applications area” or when you search CVs in the data base, clicking on "See CV" it will open a pop up with CV of the candidate.

The board appears with full professional profile, educational level, nationality, residence and year of birth.

Only if the curriculum is interesting, you can choose to view the full CV version by clicking on "Checkyour CV".

Full CV version is complete of candidate contact and personal details to allow you to directly contact the candidate.

Just click on "See CV", will decrease the number of downloadable CVs available to you.

For example, if you bought a package that includes downloadable 50 CVs, when you click on "View full CV", the CVs will drop to 49.

How do you know your account balance?

To find the residue of your package:

- Login in “companies area”- Insert your username and password to enter in your

private area- Once logged in, in the bottom of the page, under the

heading "List of packages purchased", you will find the list of packages, the type of packets (ads, cvfrom ads, cv from database), the total CVs and ads purchased, the date of purchase, and finally the residues.

USE ADVICES

To choose the Italian or English version, you will find the two flags at the top of the page, to the right of the screen. Clicking on one of the two flags will sail on the pages in the chosen language.

To change the language of your private area: log on to your private area, enter in the "Update Profile" and click on "Modify". On this page, you will find the drop-down menu dedicated to the language, under the "Description of activity".Choose the language you want and save the changes.
