On 10/25/2012 I signed an additional contract to the contract-errand #22/01

and paid 5 000 grivnas extra:

Signing these papers I was sure in decency of a director and the firm members as well as was sure in legal effect of

the papers.

• On next day 10/26/12 when arriving to Dnepropetrovsk I remitted the stated sum to Barabash V.A. settlement account, took a photo of a receipt and sent it to email address of the firm manship_odessa_777/@mail.ru in support of payment as Helen had said to do.

Three weeks later I started to call a legal adviser of P.K. Sagaidachny National Academy of water transport in Kiev

Romanova Irene Yurivna up using phone numbers from their calling carts and the

contract, ask about my papers, my right to know the results and why I was forgotten after the huge sum of money I’d paid…

Page 21: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

I was shocked by their rude answers!

Page 22: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

I was shocked by their rude answers!

I realized I had become a victim of the swindlers and was suffering

damage.

Page 23: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

Then I started to visit certain websites and forums for seamen and my apprehensions proved to be true. There is a group of real swindlers that for a

long time has been taking money away in a fraudulent way wittingly misleading their potential victims. Profiting by honest peoples’ trustfulness

and naivete they do earn high dollars. During contract subscriptions they promise things they

haven’t legal right to perform and defile third person’s honor, in my case it is the honor of P.K. Sagaidacny Academy of water transport in Kiev.

Page 24: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

• For acknowledgement of this information that neither the “ManShip Odessa” firm nor so called legal adviser Romanova I.Y. had any relation with the Academy on 02/13/2012 I arrived to Kiev, to the Academy.

• On 02/14/2012 I wrote in person an application addressed to a rector Panyn We-We with request for documentation about the Academy’s and its branches’ in another cities collaboration with the “ManShip Odessa” and Romanova I.Y.

Page 26: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

The main lawyer of the Academy and a member of the Supreme board of experts attached to the Ministry of Ukraine Zvarygin Paul Leonovich

(phone: 0504113503) said that neither his Academy nor its branches in

another cities had relation with the firm or Romanova I.Y. but he had heard about them from dissatisfied people

asking explanations from him by phone.

Page 27: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

I asked for official written answer and it was sent to my home address.

• On 02/15/2012 I was in Odessa.

• When I was going to enter the firm (at Zhukovsky st. 33, business-center “Pokrovsky”, off. 805) in an entrance hall a man on duty gave me mail to some “ESTERA SHIPPING” firm in the same 805th office!

Page 31: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

Page 32: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

I was thunderstruck by their impudence, audacity, craftness and

their devil-may-care attitude not only to people but also to the law of Ukraine! I realized they had inaugurated the new firm for the previous was too smeared.

Page 33: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

• In the office I asked Helen for explanations why at the end of 6 months after the paying the huge sum of money by me I didn’t know my documents status and why the commitments stated in the contract-errand weren’t carried out.

• Helen replied I shouldn’t worry, the documents according to which I’d taken seaman courses in the Academy were ready, by them needed papers and sailor passport were drawn up, I should study English and get ready for sailing.

• The next day I called Romanova I.Y. up and was shocked by her rudeness. I understood there was no reason to phone to her and I have not called her anymore.

Page 38: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

Two females, Helen and Yana had been in the office all the time. The latter one was a wife of Barabash V.A., she carried my contract-errand to him but I have never seen him. I’ve heard only the voice of so called legal adviser

Romanova I.Y. Analyzing the trickery I faced I started doubt did the people really exist at all, did they have the

names they introduce themselves with.

Page 39: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

When I was there for the first time they said that so called legal adviser

Romanova I.Y. was in Kiev to collect papers for handing them in the

Academy the firm “had” a contract with, to draw needed documents with a sailor passport up, to place people for free in a job, to help to grant a visa to USA.

• I understood how trusting and easy to be tricked I had been for the first time so I decided not to dispute about anything.

Page 51: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

There is nothing strange about the swindlers as the rascaldom always

have been and always will be

Page 52: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

but there is a question about police, the DSEC and transport offices of

Public Prosecutor that concern with the case and should prevent the crimes, know about the swindlers bereaving round sums of honest

and trustful people for a long time!

Page 53: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

Is this the law machinery incompetence?

Page 54: That’s the contract-errand #22/01 I signed on 08/22/2012 paying 5 000 grivnas:

To help the cheaters to enrich themselves at the honest peoples’ expense and disappear with the money?

Or may be it goes shares with the criminals and can’t see anything even staring straight at the crime,

saying the swindle is too hard to be proved?..
