Workout Flow All 3 athletes will start behind the start line. At 3, 2, 1, GO, athletes A and B will run to the platform and share the repetitions as needed on the same bar. 30 Squat Snatches, 30 Power Snatches and 40 Overhead Squats. Athlete C will remain behind the start line and will NOT be able to participate in part 1 of the workout. Once athletes A and B have completed part 1, they will be awarded their first score of time to complete. They will then need to tag athlete C from behind the start line. In the remaining time of the 12 minute cap, athlete C will have a chance to achieve a 1 rep max snatch. Athlete A and B may NOT assist in the loading of any weights. Workout Flow All 3 athletes will start behind the start line. At 3, 2, 1, GO, athletes A and B will run to the platform and share the repetitions as needed on the same bar. Athlete C will remain behind the start line and will wait to be tagged in. The first two sets of 30 will need to be squat snatches, thereafter, any snatch is permitted.

After each set of 30 snatches are completed, the weight will be increased, bar to be loaded by the 2 athletes on the floor.

Athletes are able to tag each other in and out at any point in this workout.

The teams score will be the total amount of reps completed.
