W here the Street Lighting Fittings are the property of the Corporation, the Corporation may in addition to the above-mentioned charges require the Lighting Authority to pay a charge to cover the cost of ftiis equipment and at the same time require the Lighting Authority to enter into a special agreement to use the equipment and pay the charges for a m inimum period of years not exceeding ten.

(E) Welding Rate.— ^For any ̂plant other than that incorporating a M otor Generator, in addition to any monthly demand charge and tm it ^arge an additional fixed monthly charge of £l-0s-0d per kVA or part thereof of the manufacturers^ rated input of welding plant installed. In cases where capacitors are installed this additional feed charge wfll he reduced in relation to the improvement of the power factor.

(G) Conibined Rate.— W here in the opinion of the Corporation a single premises has an installation to which the application of more than one of the above rates would be appropriate, they may charge single rate such combination of the foregoing rates as in the circumstances they may deem appropriate.

(H) Connection Charges.-^-Pox each new connection the consumer shall pay to the Corporation a fee of which shall be in addition to any service charge or capital contribution wluch the Corporation might demand.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified <»ndidates for the post of Education Officer (In- Service Teadier Training) at the Government Teacher Training College, Suru-Lere.

2. Scale of salary— (i) Scale A — ^£720-1,584 o r

The Board of Management invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the post of District Nurse Tutor in the above School of Nursing which is recogimed by die General Nursing CouncS The point of entry will depend on previous profes- for England and Wales. This Tutor would assist sional experience, in the further development of studies in preventive and social aspects of disease which are integrated throughout the course. In addition to classroom teaching, studies include projects and visits centred roimd local, social and environmental situations, as well as teaching in clinics and some home visiting and nursing.
