deliver a variety of pizzas which everyone can enjoy and share, from vegan specials to meat feast creations. The food offer will also include paninis and cakes. Coffee and specialty teas will be served throughout the day.

Schedule for The Crown & BackpackersKitchen A new commercial kitchen will be installed adjacent to the bar servery. The kitchen is designed to deliver a pizza offer. Works include:• Brand new kitchen, in a new location.• New appliances, including a pizza oven.• A deli style servery, displaying the pizza toppings/
panini fillings on offer.• The existing flooring will be removed and new flooring
laid.• New poseur tables with high level seating will be fitted
in a dining space next to the kitchen. Bar Servery • A completely new bar servery and back bar fitting will
be installed, in a new location.• The new bar front will be stained and polished, with
a new product layout to highlight the excellent drinks selection on offer.
• New coffee station for a great coffee offer. • New Altro flooring will be fitted. Cellar • General repairs will be carried out and a
SmartDispense system installed to reduce waste and improve quality.
Bar Area• Full redecoration in a new colour scheme, with a
classic finish, making the most of existing features, but adding a quirky twist.
• New lounge style and loose furniture will be added to create the perfect area to relax with a drink.
Bar Dining Area • Full redecoration in a modern design with industrial
finishes.• A new area of wooden booth seating will be formed,
divided by metal screens. • Timber floorboards will be fitted to replace the
existing flooring. • Loose refectory style furniture will be added to suit
the new interior environment. • The existing pool table will be removed, opening
up the room. Standing Area• Full redecoration with a modern design and
industrial finishes.• The existing characterful stone flags and timber
floorboards will be retained and refurbished. • New poseur tables with key clamp legs and high-level
seating will be added.Lounge Area • Complete redecoration in a new colour scheme to create
a coffee lounge environment.• New carpet will be laid, replacing the existing timber
floor boarding. • New loose furniture will be added.• The existing cabinets will be removed to create more
space overall.
Gents Toilets• Complete refurbishment, in a new colour scheme
and in keeping with the pub’s improved offer. • New sanitary ware will be installed, including
a new vanity unit. • New tile flooring throughout. Ladies Toilets• Complete refurbishment, in a new colour scheme
and in keeping with the pub’s improved offer. • New sanitary ware will be installed, including
a new vanity unit. • New carpets will be laid to the vanity floor. • New floor tiles will be fitted in the cubicles. Accessible Toilets• Complete refurbishment, including an overhaul of
the fixtures and fittings, in keeping with the pub’s improved offer.
• Redecoration in a new colour scheme.Pub Externals The pub’s yard area will receive various works transforming it into a fantastic space to enjoy al fresco drinks. Works include: • Complete refurbishment of the yard. • The existing terracing will be fully cleaned
and refurbished. • New beer barrel tables and stools will be added
for a classic but cool finish. • New festoon lighting and planting will add additional
decoration to the yard.Letting Rooms • Letting rooms will be redecorated, including
all floors, walls and ceilings, in line with the pub’s improved offering.
• New floor finishes throughout, including new Altro/ Karndean vinyl flooring.
Licensee Accommodation • A completely new studio-style accommodation, that
doesn't currently exist, will be created on the third floor, which will be in line with our ‘Ready to Trade’ promise so you can focus on creating an exceptional venue from the outset.
Signage• New signage will be added in an updated colour
scheme signalling the shift to a high quality destination outlet.
• New lighting will be installed to improve evening kerb appeal.
