The expansion consists of 69,000 square-feet that was added to the company’s existing 39,000 square- foot facility. It encompasses increased warehousing, distribu- tion and manufacturing space. The project was one of the first to be approved by the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) under Ken- tucky’s incentive program and the Kentucky Business Invest- ment (KBI) Program. The incen- tives from this program can be earned over a 10-year period through corporate income tax credits and wage as- sessments and for Wolf Steel USA, are linked to the initial creation of 15 new jobs, growing to 18 over the term of the agreement. “The Commonwealth is proud to play a role in making this expansion possible, adding 18 new jobs and a multi-million dollar investment to the Grant County community,” said Gov. Crittenden company has grand re-opening ceremony Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 10:38 am Wolf Steel USA, a manufacturer of stoves and fireplaces in Critten-den, held their grand re-opening ceremonies Friday, Dec. 10, to celebrate the completion of their latest expansion project. The expansion consists of 69,000 square-feet that was added to the company’s existing 39,000 square-foot facility. SHOWS STARTING US OFF FOR 2011International Builders Show - January 12th-15th Orlando, Florida

Nothing can stop Napoleon®- not even Mother Nature herself. Despite severe snow storms the Napoleon Team

dodged the icy bullet and escaped to Orlando, Florida in support of the International Builders Show, held

January 12th-15th. Although we are only in the second month of 2011, our success just keeps escalating and the proof is everywhere. After escaping harsh weather in Ontario, our team was faced with severe snow storms battering the Eastern U.S and the show was still a huge hit. Napo-leon Fireplaces were again proudly displayed and the responses were exceptional. Our team was seeing very strong reactions from builders, architects, and designers to our new clean, modern styles being presented. The response they got from our new WHD31 Plazmafire™ gas fireplace and our two new electric fireplaces; the EFC32 and the EFL48 were fantastic. They also displayed our new high ef-ficiency gas furnaces for the first time and had a very positive response. Merely for bragging purposes, they had many comments from attendees saying that our booth was the busiest at the show. After having a chance to walk the floor, our Director of Sales-Greg Thomas agrees and flaunts the success of Napoleon® at the 2011 International Builders Show.

Wolf Steel products, including Napo-leon® and Continental brands, were on display at the recent AHR Show which was held in Las Vegas from January 31-February 2nd. This is the largest HVAC show in North America and we were the only company there displaying gas fireplaces. It was also the official introduction of our new high efficiency gas furnace lineup to the HVAC industry, and we were met with very favorable comments and input. We have some unique features and benefits incorporated in the lineup and they were very well received. They set an epic attendance

record for the West Coast version this year and we believe the number was 55,000. So our booth was extremely busy and the days went fast!!

2011 is look-ing very good!
