Congratulations on your contingent offer of employment with Georgia Tech. We’ve created the checklist below to assist you as you progress through the background screening process. Please ensure that you complete each of the activities listed.

When you’re ready, please continue to the next page of the screening packet and complete the requested information. Page 3 of this packet contains fields for you to enter your personal information. On pages 4 and 5, it is critical that you disclose any and all criminal history. A record of criminal charges or convictions is not an automatic disqualification from employment, however failure to disclose all records will be considered falsification of this document and can prevent an offer of employment.

Please submit your completed documents to the Georgia Tech Office of Human Resources via fax at 404-894-1235 OR via mail/hand delivery to 500 Tech Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30332-0435. Make sure to print legibly and to answer all questions completely.
