We intend to launch a modernrebuild of HMS Beagle, the iconic shipthat carried Charles Darwin aroundthe world on his historic voyage ofdiscovery, to inspire and motivateglobal audiences through uniquepublic engagement and learningprogrammes and original scientificresearch, particularly in relation toDarwin’s work and the fields ofevolutionary biology, biodiversity andclimate change.
