Product launch – A few years ago, Airtel introduced an unknownproduct to the Delhi public. There were banners across several main roadsannouncing “There is new something in the air- Airtel ”. A lot of 

speculation went on among the elite of the town and most persons wereintrigued by the advertisement. People felt may be it is a new TV channel.Others opined that it is a new airline. Debate ended when cell phones arelaunched. After few years, Airtel dominated whole Indian market crosses 100million subscribers. But the story didn’t ends with it recently Bharti Telecom– MTN merging was going with $23 Million. But because of some issues itdidn’t concluded properly. So world’s eyes are on India now. India is becomehub of all the sectors. Other developed countries find India as one of themost profitable market among the other developing countries. Brand India isto use to describe the campaign India is using to attract business.  Basicallythe campaign is to project the attractiveness of India as an emerging

destination for business in the fields of servicesector, manufacturing, information technology, infrastructure, informationtechnology enabled services, etc.

Amongst the leading organizations working on building Brand Indiais India Brand Equity Foundation (IBEF), a public-private partnership betweenthe Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, andthe Confederation of Indian Industry. It aims to effectively present the Indiabusiness perspective and leverage business partnerships in a globalizingmarket-place. From “Developing Nation” just two decades back, India,today, has emerged as one of the decisive nations shaping the contours of 

the world economy. Consistently charting a growth path over the last fewyears, Brand India is an idea whose time has truly arrived. Today, thetriumph of Brand India is visible in almost all fields — with some aggressivecross-border acquisitions India has been rewriting the global businessequations; India has established its leadership in IT and knowledge-basedindustries globally; and along with the rapidly declining age profile, it has thefastest growing population of workers and consumers. With hugeinvestments in infrastructure development on the anvil, India is today apreferred investment destination. It has one of the world’s most rapidlygrowing markets, and today, Indian products and services are recognized fortheir quality all over the world.

 The planning commission has said the economy earlier grow at a ratehigher than 6.3 percent projected earlier as it sees drought having lesserimpact on agriculture. As US economy is also showing good signs and Indianrupees is also reached highest peak point form last 4 months. The IndianEconomy would grow at least 7 percent in the current fiscal year, according
