Slowly raise the pressure, but only to the minimum pressure required for a successful application. Using too much pressure can cause pack-out due to aggregated materials or dirt.

For improved pump performance when spraying paint with the GMAX II 7900 Hd unit, replace the ceramic ball in the lower pump with the SST ball (delivered free with the unit).
