Thank you, Father,
for the gift of Rotary and each other.
we give thanks for the pleasure of gathering
together for this occasion.
We give thanks for this food prepared
by loving hands.
We give thanks for life, the freedom to enjoy it all,
and all other blessings.
As we partake of this food, we pray for health and
strength to carry on and try to live as You would have
us. This we ask in the name of Christ, Our Heavenly
Father.
Amen.

Greetings!
I will like to thank everybody who attended our
Celebrants' Night last week at Crown Plaza Hotel.
The authentic Cantonese cuisines added a lots of
favors to our warm fellowship. Thank you, PP
Louie, for taking the effort of consolidating our payment on behalf of
the club.
Our initial target date of completion for MPNAG culinary classroom
has been moved to the end of the month so that we have more time to
canvass on the various equipment and cooking tools needed. Since our
contribution to this particular project rely heavily on our club dues, I
would like to take this opportunity to remind our fellow members to
kindly update their accounts with us. Should you need our staff to pick
up your cheque, please text me. Members with substantial amount of
overdue accounts can opt to pay partial so as to keep their records cur-
rent. Please be informed that your treasurer is willing to listen to you
should you have any problem in settling your obligations with our
club.
With less than two months before Christmas, am sure our president has
lined up a series of activities for all of us to look forward to. Out-of-
town food trips and sightseeing tours are some events on the drawing
board. Let's all enjoy each other's company to make our fellowship ac-
tivities truly relaxing and meaningful. Afterall, that is what Rotary is all
about!

THE WHITE HOUSE HONORS ROTARY WOMEN FOR THEIR
HUMANITARIAN SERVICE
Tina Tchen, assistant to President Barack Obama, and chief of staff to First Lady Mi-
chelle Obama, thanks the Rotary honorees for their humanitarian work.
Senior Rotary leaders gathered Tuesday at the White House to honor 10 women for their service projects, an eventattended by members of U.S. President Barack Obama's senior staff.
The Rotary members presented their projects, in the hopes of creating new inroads for
government partnerships and support.
"This is recognition of the great work that they do but also serves as a great vehicle to
inspire others to do similar kinds of things," said Rotary General Secretary John Hewko.
"One of the things we're doing a better job of is sharing our story to the non-Rotary
world."
The honorees were selected by Rotary senior leaders and endorsed by the White House from clubs around the U.S. but their projects touch lives across the globe.

"What A Wonderful World"
I see trees of green, red roses too.
I see them bloom, for me and you.
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.
I see skies of blue, and clouds of white.
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night.
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.
The colors of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky.
Are also on the faces,
Of people going by, I see friends shaking hands.
Saying, "How do you do?"
They're really saying, "I love you".
I hear babies cry, I watch them grow,
They'll learn much more, Than I'll ever know.
And I think to myself, What a wonderful world.
Yes, I think to myself,
What a wonderful world.
Oh yeah
