V-ACT is 65 members strong now. And this growth is attributed to each and

every V-ACT member. A lot of happenings occurred this month, which are men-

A new candidate Ms. Banupriya, who has recently joined B.Com is short of her fees

payment by around Rs.9000 for her first year. Team members and volunteers have

visited her house to ascertain her requirement. She is a from a family below pov-

total fees was around Rs.20,000.

As usual, suggestions from V-ACT members is welcome before 10.07.2011

so that this activity can be taken up.

A visit was made by our V-ACT members Arun Kumar,

Harish Prabhu, Divakar and Sathish to the candidates Ms.

Sangeetha and Mr. John Wesley’s house. The candidates

were found to deserve and the details furnished by them

was found to be genuine. These proposals were proposed

by our VACT team members. Upon verification and discus-

It gives us immense pleasure to share with our V-ACT members that Mr. Natarajan

Pillai has sponsored one year school fees of Ms. Sangeetha (Sponsor a child) apart

from his monthly contribution. V-ACT appreciates Mr. Natarajan’s contribution and

this act will definitely be a forerunner for much more future contributions to come.

It is a welcome opportunity for those who really want to contribute to V-ACT apart

from monetary point of view. V-ACT acknowledges that ground work is an essential

criteria in identifying and assessing candidates, so people who wish to volunteer in

doing ground work are in need now.

V-ACT members shall refer people who can spare their valuable time in ground

work. A dozen members have volunteered to take up the ground activity. Please

write to us if you want to be one.

V-ACT gives them a warm welcome to them.
