We work from the clients Bill of Quantities and full set of plans to ensure that the whole items list is fulfilled and ready to be shipped. We pre-assemble the wooden structure frames at request, window frames intact, pre – hung doors, all ready and labelled to be constructed. Time and energy saving.

OrderAHome.com has increased its prefabricated building options to include converted containers. The container can either be converted by OrderAhome.com at our factory to the client specifications or supplied in a kit form for conversion by the client on site.

HOW TO ORDERAt OrderAHome we have various scenarios when it comes to ordering. As we supply primarily to developers

that we already have a relationship with; we already know each development they have and have the approved

Building Plans and (BOQ) Bill of Quantities at our disposal. This would be scenario one.

Scenario two would be a developer that has a development and would like to use our services and start a

relationship going forward in supplying the development.

Scenario three would be if a private client is building a home themselves and do not have a builder, this would

mean we do not have a relationship and then also do not have any Building Plans and or (BOQ) Bill of Quantities

specifying every product and their quantities to complete the project. See below process per scenario:

As we have the relationship with the developer and already have all we need to compile a quotation, you would be the client and therefore choose the products on the website.

You would need to register on the website, adding all the details as per form supplied. Add which development your home is and stand / site number.

Once registration is complete head to the products section. Start from the top and work your way down choosing what products you would like in the wish list. Our product categories are laid out Exterior and Interior

Products to choose from. Make notes in the section provided in example “Main Bathroom, Guest Bathroom, Kitchen etc. Once all the products are chosen complete press submit. The choices will be email to us, the developer and yourself. There will be a print option as well. From here we will compile everything and send it off to the developer.

As a new developer you would need to register on the website as a developer and fill out for provided with the details. Once the form has been received one of our staff members will be in contact and we will start the process as per Scenario 1. We will request the plans and (BOQ) Bill of Quantities via email and or dropbox.

HOW TO ORDER

03. SCENARIO 3

As a private home builder you would need to register on the website and fill out the forms provided. There will be a section to upload approved Building Plans and (BOQ) Bill of Quantities. You can then head over to the products section and choose the products as per “Scenario One” as a client. Your plans will be noted in the order form for us to know which home goes with the selected products. As for the building materials not on website, the dry materials, we will see all the specified materials needed as per (BOQ) Bill of Quantities and combine a total quotation for the entire home to be shipped.
