OperationsIs developing the next generation of manufacturing plants your ideal challenge? Do you want to influence the future in the global exchange of goods, service and information? Then this deep dive into the Volvo Group´s manufacturing organization is an excellent start to your career.

During 15 intense and exciting months, the program will give you a holis-tic view of our manufacturing and logistics organization and activities, with both a local and global perspective. You will get to know our different brands and their plants and learn about lean manufacturing. You will be working with the manufacturing technologies of tomorrow, building the products of the future – electric, connected and automated. In parallel, you will grow as a person, through individual and team development sessions.

WHAT WE OFFER

You will have a permanent position from day one, experience several »on-the-job« rotations and have the opportunity to work on real project assign-ments. In addition, you will join a number of learning modules where you get together with other program participants to take part in trainings and events designed to help you grow into your future career at the Volvo Group.

OUR TARGET GROUP

We are looking for candidates with a BSc or MSc in engineering science, computer science, electrical engineering or logistics.

EngineeringAre you passionate about complex engineering projects and eager to use your technical skills to solve real business problems and drive innova-tion? Then this one-year program will kick-start your career.

From the start, you will be part of our global product development team, work with our experts and develop as an engineer in cutting-edge technol-ogies. Our inspiring projects, innovative products and diverse workforce will serve as a great platform to start your career. You will get to use your en-gagement and creativity to design, test and develop the next generation of products and services for customers all over the world.

WHAT WE OFFER

You will have a full-time, permanent position right from day one, with place-ment in Sweden, France, India or USA. Working side-by-side with highly specialized teams you will develop the skills you need to succeed and make a valuable contribution right from the start. Together with the other gradu-ates, you will travel to our different sites, learn more about our products and customers and take part in individual and team development sessions to help you grow into our global team of key engineering talents.

OUR TARGET GROUP

We are looking for candidates with a MSc in one of the following fields: elec-trical engineering; mechanical engineering; industrial software engineering.

ITAre connectivity, electrification and digitalization concepts that trigger your imagination? Would you like to be in the epicentre of IT development and help create the business of tomorrow? If so, this program will give you a great foundation for your future career.

Here, you will get to work together with some of the brightest and most cre-ative people in the Information Technology field. You will deep dive into the organization, with some 6000 people, that are responsible for managing, sourcing and delivering IT Solutions and Services. WHAT WE OFFER

From the start, you will have a permanent position within the Volvo Group. During the 12 months program, you will work on real projects, side by side with colleagues across the globe. In parallel, you and your fellow graduate program participants will take part in common learning modules designed to help you grow your network, develop as a person and prepare you for your future career in the Volvo Group.

We are looking for candidates with a BSc or MSc in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent and a passion for IT.
