Our services


Travel PlanningThe company is able to assist aclient in a review of their CorporateTravel and the establishment ofa travel policy designed to benefitthe client in line with the nature ofthe business and the company’soverall travel requirements.

This can result in the negotiationon the clients’ behalf of ‘route deals’with relevant international carriers,as well as negotiated Corporaterates with pre agreed hotel groups.

TicketingThe IATA license allows us toticket all IATA registered airlines.ABTA membership gives accessto all major consolidators.

Private air charter and helicopterservices are provided as and whenrequired. We provide a Rail ticketservice both domestically andeurope-wide including Eurostar.

Car HireWe have agency agreementswith all the major car hirecompanies on a global basis.

VisasWe sub contract a visa servicethrough a specialist company.We can obtain visas in returnfor a small fee.

Hotel ReservationsAll the major international hotelgroups’ corporate rates areavailable to our clients.

Depending on the client’s specificcorporate policy and ‘bed night’volume, more advantageousrates can be negotiated.

Courier ServiceWe operate a courier servicefrom our offices in Fulham threetimes per day to Central London.The last bike leaves at 3.30pmwith delivery guaranteed by 5.30pm.

24 hour servicesThe offices are open from 9amto 5.30pm from Mondays to Fridays.However we operate a ‘full out ofhours’ service to our clients365 days a year.

HolidaysWhilst the corporate travelteam deal with business travel,we also have a team of experiencedleisure consultants who are ableto arrange tailor made holidaysworldwide. Service ChargesIn line with the rest of the businesstravel industry, we were forcedto implement service fees in 2001.This was as a direct result of all majorairlines withdrawing commissionpayments to travel agents.

We strive to keep our service feescompetitive with comparable businesstravel agencies, but at the same timecontinuing to provide our clients withthe high standard of service expectedfrom us.

How We OperateWherever possible we will assigna consultant to a client’s businesswith the aim of building a personalworking relationship.

Experience has shown us that thisapproach can make a real differencein maintaining high levels of serviceand efficiency. It is one of the reasonswhy we retain over 90% of clientswho choose to use Ultimate Travel fortheir business travel arrangements.

We have consistently grown ourbusiness year on year, and alongthe way have built up relationshipswith a network of suppliers whichwe are able to call upon for thebenefit of our clients.

Terms of BusinessOn receipt of suitable referencesa credit account with a mutuallyagreed limit will be opened.

Statements are either e-mailedor posted on the last day of eachcalendar month for all businessinvoiced during the previous month.

Full payment of the previous monthsinvoices must be made by the 10thday of the following month.

Alternatively, you can choose to payfor you travel by credit card. This hasan added advantage, in that, this canafford you some financial protection inthe event of an airline or other travelsupplier going into liquidation.

In the event of a client not adheringto the above terms the companyreserves the right to withdraw aclient’s credit facility until thesituation has been rectified.
