Pre-requisite: TMC1014 System Analysis and Design
Learning outcomes
Analyze and differentiate between Project Lifecycle (PLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and identify where and why the SDLC fits in the project life cycle.
Organize the components of project management, scope, schedule and budget. Thus, the roles played by people whether in the planning, organizing, leading or control stage.
Identify with full interest the various tools and techniques employed in project management and apply it in a project management application, e.g. Microsoft Project.
Apply the knowledge in their final year project and other projects they are involved in which is planning, managing and controlling activities.
