SUBJECT PRE SAILING MASTER DECLARATION (AMENDED)BILL OF LADING (B/L)

Further to our Notice to Mariners No. 233, with introduction of the VAT (Value AddedTax) in the Port services with effect from 1 January 2018, following documents andrequirements need to be complied.

1. Vessels Calling at Port of Fujairah Terminals (Bulk & Liquid) & STS to Loador Discharge

a) Vessel Pre sailing Masters Declaration

Vessel Pre Sailing Master Declaration is to be made in 2 originals, one forthe Harbour Master and the other for the concerned cargo handlingDepartment. Both these documents in original shall be signed and stampedby the Ship Master and the local Agent.

b) Bill of Lading (B/L)

BIL is compulsory for both import and export cargo. The copy of BILshould be authenticated as a true original by the Agent/Terminal concerned,duly stamped and signed in all cases. In the absence of BIL showing proofof International cargo, a 5% VAT shall be levied.

2. Vessels Calling at Fujairah Offshore Anchorage Area

Vessels Calling at Fujairah Offshore Anchorage must submit the original PreSailing Master Declaration signed and stamped by the respective ship's masterand local agent and submitted to Marine Department.

Properly scanned color copy of Pre Sailing Master Declaration can be consideredfor vessels calling at Fujairah Offshore Anchorage.

The Pre Sailing Master Declaration has been amended and attached.

Please do not send the Pre Sailing Master Declaration in advance and should besubmitted at the near time of sailing.

Please advise all your principals accordingly.
