October 12, 13, and 14 some of Northeast Iowa’s best-known artisans will open their studios for the 15th annual Studio Tour! Nestled among the wooded hills and winding rivers are numerous award-winning fine artists. Decorah is the hub, the central community from which the tour radiates, up to 35 miles in all directions, in Iowa. Go for a scenic drive and experi-ence a unique, behind-the-scenes
view into how their work is created.
Many of these studios are open to the public exclusively for this event allowing you to purchase art directly from the artist. Many of these artists regularly participate in national-caliber fine art festivals throughout the United States.
Join us for this once-a-year happening. Visit one-room schoolhouses, historic buildings and other creative workspaces. See why some of Northeast Iowa’s best-known artists are so inspired by these beautiful surroundings.
