` WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ALWAYS PREVIEW EACH REPORT BEFORE PRINTING OR SENDING IT TO EXCEL. WITH EXCEL IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO DOWNLOAD BUT THEN YOU CAN MOVE THE INFORMATION AROUND. YOU CAN SAVE IN ACROBAT OR TO TXT ALSO FOR SOME REPORTS THE REASON YOU USE THIS PARTICULAR FUNCTION WITH THE YOUR AIRLINE DATA IS SO TO YOU CAN GO FROM ONE STATS CODE TO ANOTHER AND GET YOUR TOP SALES INFO SO THAT IN TURN YOU CAN PLACE THAT DATA IN YOUR STATS COLUMNS ( NET REMIT MAINTENANCE) SO THAT YOU CAN STREAMLINE YOUR STATS WHEN USING AGENT INQUIRY

ONCE YOU HAVE PRINTED YOUR LISTS FROM THE NR STATS YOU CAN THEN GO TO NET REMIT MAINTENANCE AND PLACE ALL THE RELEVANT DATA INTO THE COLUMNS BELOW

stats is for the stats that are linked for each deal When browsing a deal and entering in the information in MISC tab there is the possibility of putting in a stats code for that deal. When hitting the arrow key those stats codes that have been entered above will be listed and then you can choose the stats code you want for that particular deal Or you can ü in the specify on the Net Level

and have a stats code for each line on the deal ( this can be beneficial for different stats on booking class coding ) Stats col this is when having entered in the stats info you can then get

specific stats regarding each agent Route col route column is when on the deal they have entered in the correct

country or region and you can then get data per country Tour col tour column is the deal id’s eg: W03NA001 FB col Fare Basis Column, this is when you have entered in the

information and then you load the HOT – you will not be able to get any stats for 2003 unless you reload all of 2003 again

Mth col As it says. You write the monthly column as eg: 200301 etc… Year then month

RSI your reporting companies eg: saber/galileo Turn col your turnaround point eg: MXP or CDG Av St col this is more beneficial when you have all the data reloaded.

Tickets with ADM taxes

Click on the AUDIT BUTTON for a particular period Click on a particular period 031201 It will bring up those ADM/ACM that should be issued for that particular period

then sort on the AUDIT report by ticket or agent then go to TICKET INQUIRY and press print you then get the following options

if you want a summary of the tickets etc click on ticket summary and then preview

if this the data that you require you can then from that screen either print, save as adobe acrobat or go back to the original print and export it to excel The file will then be saved in G: BSPCONNECT/AZ.SALES/EXCEL If you want multiple reporting periods go to ticket inquiry Press search

Reporting period first 01122003 – then in the last 01/12/2003 and then you will get the entire ticket history for all of December. This will take some time so I suggest you automatically export to excel and then you can remove the data that you do not want in the excel spreadsheet.

OTHER STATISTICS USING THE BUTTON ( THIS CAN BE USED FOR ONE AGENT, MULTIPLE AGENTS BY CLICKING ON THE SEL AREA ON THE AGENT INQUIRY SCREEN FOR GROUPS OR BY DESELECTING ALL AGENTS AND GETTING ALL AGENT INFORMATION) OTHER REPORTS Go to agent inquiry Turn off CIP Go to Stats button Click on current agent only = YOUR AIRLINE Data to summarise….. multiple options

then choose the stats you want eg: tour code:

then choose your billing period and sort by total sales and the stats that you require. Then preview or export to excel to check the deals for a particular agent click on the particular agent you require so that they are highlighted. Then press the NR button

here you will be able to see a list of the deal codes that this agent can receive and print a summary for that agent Number of tickets per tour code in a year This is once again for YOUR AIRLINE so make sure that the CIP listing is off and that the highlighted ode is YOUR AIRLINE Then go to the STATS code Sort it by current agent, billing period data to be summarized is number of tickets And then sales in sort Then press preview

REPORTS USING THE BUTTON ( THIS IS USED FOR ONE PARTICULAR AGENT TO PRODUCE GRAPHS AND EXCEL SPREADSHEETS) When pressing the totals button you get a Choice of stats When pressing ok you then get a list of all the Possible stats since AIRConnect was introduced

No the show fields button allows you to minimize the size of the report for printing. And you can also click your mouse on the grey areas on the report eg: NET COMM and move that to the beginning of the fields The problem of printing this report is that it will only show the fields that can fit on one page so we suggest you press print and then export to excel If you are looking for a particular graph you can then press Graph and have a multitude of options: REMEMBER TO select the period at the top that you require Then you can select the categories:

You can then select the fields that you require my checking the boxes. Once this is done you can then press the ok button and you will be able to produce graphs as in IF YOU ARE SHOWING THE LIVE SYSTEM TO ANYBODY YOU CAN THEN HOLD YOUR MOUSE OVER THE PARTICULAR GRAPH SECTION AND IT WILL SHOW THE CALCULATION. IT WILL NOT SHOW THIS IF YOU HAVE EXPORTED THIS TO ADOBE ACROBAT!

REPORTS USING THE BUTTON As you are aware you can enter in multiple stats possibilities by clicking on the column buttons

remember you can have one agent, groups of agent or all agents. If you want certain agents you can go to the Chain function in agent Inquiry and ask for a particular chain go to the NR STAT button and make sure it show displayed agents If you have random number of agents go the Sel bar in Agent Inquiry and click so that an x is marked by the agent then go to NR STATS and click on the selected Agents Only Remember to press the DESELECT BUTTON in AGENT INQUIRY to deselect those agents Sub total by Group – this when your Agent Inquiry information is current and precise and each agent has been placed in a zone, region, chain, type or as below salesman (these can be changed to your liking in Main Maintenance/Miscellaneous Options) Then you must enter in the billing period and the stats that you require Also you can have the information by sub groups.

remember to change the data to summarize for different types of information
