This is a reference list provided for convenience. While all generic names appear, only sample brand names are provided. It should not be viewed as an all-inclusive listing for trade names of drugs included on the Triplicate Prescription Program. All drugs listed are Type 1 unless otherwise indicated. Type 1 medications require that the prescriber pre-register and use a triplicate prescription pad to prescribe them. Type 2 medications are monitored electronically only, and do not require registration or a triplicate prescription.
