• The wealthy ladies and high-ranking officials and scholars wore splendid robes of silk; silk was only for the privileged groups. Jewelry was also worn for accessories accessories the wealthy had nail guards, combs, clips, and even more. I think the wealthy should have been more nicer to the poor.

• In China men wore short shirts with belts. The women had different kinds of clothing in ancient times. Women wore long dresses that come down to their knees. When the Chinese would make the clothing often the materiel would be silk. Also they would use accuracies in the dress to make it pretty.
