Frequently asked questions

Q) I’ve set up a campaign, but I’m not getting any traffic?

A) Audience Traffic and Pop Traffic should begin within 15 minutes. Display and Native Advertisements

need their creatives approved, so may not start for up to 24 hours. If your campaign is not getting any

clicks or impressions after those time periods, you may either need to increase your bid or decrease

your targeting options. You could also use the Estimate Button to see the volume available and where

your ad ranks.

Q) I want to send traffic to a website with adsense, what should I do?

A) For Adsense, we recommend our Verified Audience Traffic. Select all of the security filtering options

and start your campaign at $5 daily. If your website was already receiving a large amount of traffic, you

may be able to start higher, but if you are new to buying traffic for adsense, use $5 daily.

To optimize the campaign, you can use google analytic utm codes to see the sources of the traffic. Link

your adsense account to your analytics account, and you will be able to see how the sources perform in

adsense. You can then black list the ones who are doing poorly or too well if your CTR is too high.

Doing all of the above, should keep your account safe, but unfortunately when adsense is involved, no

guarantees can be made. For that reason, we advise working with other networks.

Q) I want to run traffic to a website with ads other than adsense, what should I do?

A) We also recommend our Verified Audience Traffic for other ad networks. If you have a relationship

with the ad network, ask them what their filtering requirements are and use the appropriate filters. If

you don’t have a relationship and don’t know their requirements, then it would be best to use all of the

filters.

Q) Not all of the traffic I am receiving is showing up in Google Analytics. How do I fix that?

A) We have found, not all of our sources will track well in Google Analytics. It can vary from campaign to

campaign. That does not mean you aren’t receiving the traffic, you still are, GA is just not recording it.

If having a majority of the traffic show up in GA is a priority, first add utm codes to your click link, make

sure to include one for the source ID’s. GA will then record the visitors from each source. After a few

days, you can pull a report that shows the volumes each source has sent. Do this by selecting the

“Segment” source ID. Then filter by the campaign ID if you have more than one campaign. Check the

numbers and the sources that are not tracking well, add to the black list for the campaign.

Audience Traffic Audience Traffic is run-of-network (RON) advertising. It provides click through traffic from our publisher

sources, and will increase the engagement / visitor rate on your website. If you have advertising on your

website or are concerned about traffic quality, use the Verified Audience option, which offers ForensIQ

and advanced in-house filters.

* Add the URL of your landing page. If you wish to have GA utm codes added, click the box or add your own. * Set the pricing and budget details. If you wish to schedule the campaign, click the start and end date box to do so. *Select the box for GEO targeting. You’ll be able to target by Country and DMA region.

*If you wish to add optimization rules to your campaign, select this. *Source sampling limits the amount of visitors from each source. Using google utm code, you can see the sources. *Impression cap means how many times a visitor can visit your page in the period selected. If you want your traffic unique per 24 hours, then choose 1 per day. *Select this to target by Browser or OS. *Timetable is for day parting (targeting by day and time). *Filters are available on Verified Audience Traffic. Choose the level of security filtering you want on your traffic. It is a best practice, if you do have advertising on your site, to find out what their screening standards are and use the filters that should keep the traffic up to those standards.

Pop Traffic If you are looking to drive conversion to your website, then this option is better than our

Audience Traffic. Site engagement metrics will be lower, but the possibility of conversions will

be higher. You can choose between Pop-ups, Popunders, and Interstitial Full page Ads.

Display Advertising Display advertising refers to banner ads and we include many of the popular formats available

on the Traffic Wizard. The ads will be shown on sites that have either relevant content or they

appeal to the websites’ audience. It also does include Desktop Traffic. Please note: Campaigns

can take up to 24 hours to be reviewed. The creatives can only have safe content (We do not

allow; promote illegal pornography, hate, violence, or vulgarity related or other “undesirable” subjects

or activities)

Some tips on creating a banner ad:

● Make it visually stimulating.

● Don’t make the design too complex.

● Be direct in your message.

● Adding too much content can be confusing to the visitors.

● Convey your message in a clear and easily readable way.

● Use a consistent color scheme for the text, buttons, and images.

● Stick to standard sizes that are more likely to be successful (336×280 or 300×250 pixel

rectangles, 300×600 pixel half-page ads, and 728×90 or 320×110 pixel banners).
