Onshore drilling packagesWe design and deliver land drilling rigs with unique capabilities, due to our internationally patented rack & pinion technology. Our Finder™ R&P rigs are operational in drilling, snubbing and workover on challenging wells across the world. The rigs are unique in terms of mobilization, operational weight, speed, and level of automation.

Our UltraSingle® Finder rigs are super-efficient self-propelled trailer rigs with a load rating of between 125T and 200T that

can be outfitted for workover, drilling or ‘hybrid’ in combination with coil tubing. The rigs are very quick to mobilise.

All rigs can be enhanced by adding various advanced controls systems to meet all the rigours of onshore drilling.

TTS also delivers integrated mud system packages for onshore applications.

PORT AND LOGISTICS

Container terminals, RoRo and passenger portsOur experience lies in designing harbour terminal and port solutions for both RoRo and container handling operations.

We specialise in improving the cost-effectiveness of horizontal transport within container terminals by standardising cargo handling vehicles to enable the rapid transfer of goods. One of our key innovations is the use of the standard cassette as a ‘floating buffer’ between container cranes and vehicles transporting containers to or from road or rail carriers.

Cassettes can be transported either by translifter, CP-train or automatic guided vehicle (AGV). All of these products have been developed by TTS to optimise cargo handling operations and increase safety for workers within the terminal.

We also specialise in tailor-made solutions to all aspects of the shore-to-ship interface at RoRo ports, ensuring safe and efficient flow of goods and passengers by linkspan, passenger gangway and the use of automooring systems.

Our experience in designing RoRo and industrial cargo handling equipment has enabled us to make significant improvements to European freight transport, utilising cost-effective, door-to-door short sea RoRo operations. Customised shore-to-ship solutions are required to enhance the efficiency of RoRo terminals where local tidal variations dictate the need for flexibility in design.

The TTS product range in this sector includes specialist

and high-capacity cassettes, trailers, carriers, lifters, and automated guided vehicles.

TTS also supplies to other industries ranging from paper and steel to cables and aerospace, and offers a range of specialist applications to improve material flow and logistics.

We work closely with leading process suppliers using our vast experience in solving material handling challenges in applications such as cutting, welding, cleaning and painting.

Our goal is to develop systems that substantially improve our customers’ profitability and competitiveness

PORT AND LOGISTICS

Shipyards and heavy load handlingSince the early 1970s, TTS has been a global leader in the design, production and installation of material handling equipment and heavy load handling systems for shipyards. Our impressive references include numerous installations of tailor-made equipment and complete systems.

The strength of TTS lies in our ability to develop new solutions and apply new technologies. We ensure successful implementation with a wide range of special applications

to improve material flow and logistics.

With our knowledge of the entire shipbuilding process, we recognise that new production technology pays off only when it is developed with a focus on ship design and construction, material flow, productivity and capacity.

All TTS production lines for cutting, welding and the assembly of steel sections utilise efficient material handling systems in order to optimise production processes.

With many years of proven experience in quality and innovation, TTS has the key to the most effective shipyard and heavy load solutions

SERVICE

Our service offering has been developed from a deep understanding of the critical aspects of customers’ business operations. We understand that expensive assets cannot be allowed to lie idle, so we have built a global service and aftersales network of highly qualified maintenance professionals that operates around the clock to support the entire range of TTS products. As a result, we offer a powerful combination of capabilities to our customers.

Genuine spare partsThe wide range of equipment designed and manufactured by TTS requires the ready availability of spare parts. And we understand that the choice of parts manufacturer can determine success or failure.

Our original spare parts give quality controlled performance that will prolong the life of your equipment and, in turn, reduce the costs associated with labour and servicing.

Our global sourcing power enables the cost-effective

delivery of spare parts to many locations internationally at short notice, limiting disruption to your business.

Modernisation and conversionTTS conversion programmes are designed to benefit shipyards and shipowners by preparing their existing equipment for a viable and competitive future. This includes adapting equipment for new uses and for compliance with new rules and regulations.

Global service and aftersales network

Global service and aftersales networkTrainingIt is our business to ensure that customers operate TTS-supplied equipment with efficiency and care. TTS offers several levels of training package to help you minimise downtime and ensure smooth, efficient operation.

Remote AccessTTS provides systems that can connect remotely, in order to analyse, fault-find and provide technical support and advice to the equipment operator,

wherever the installation happens to be. This helps avoid costly equipment downtime.

Installation and commissioningWith a complete understanding of the environments and conditions in which our equipment is used, TTS design experts and service engineers are always available to install and commission our products.

We are able to reduce downtime, make the most of weather windows, and ensure

that you operate at maximum efficiency at all times.

Surveys and inspectionTTS service engineers are trained to carry out any type of survey for a wide range of equipment. They pay special attention to the environments and conditions in which the equipment is operated, ensuring that it’s safe and ready to face the demands of daily use.

We can offer expert advice on maintenance planning during the inspection.

Service agreementsEquipment operators need to work within the limitations of fast turnarounds, critical weather windows and, for ships, short stops in port. Our annual inspections, followed up by expert service and planned maintenance, give our customers total peace of mind under these mission-critical circumstances.

By tailoring service agreements to fit customers’ exact needs, TTS offers an impressively cost-effective
