Welcome to the April edition.
Tuggeranong has performed well this month, with some fantastic results being reported. The regional days on market is significantly lower this month from last, falling over 18%. Given the increased number of purchasers we are seeing on a Saturday through our open homes, this is no surprise. I am so proud of our sales team this month, clocking more sales across the region than any of our competitors.
Team News
Our month has consisted of some really positive changes across the Tuggeranong office, with both new services being offered to clients and positive improvements being made to some existing ones. We welcome experienced Property Managers Rebecca Amon and Amber Jarvis and Oscar Wright to our team, as well as Jessica Paulitsch in administration support. I’m sure many of our existing clients have had the pleasure of speaking with them already.
Heidi Russell will now be overseeing the Property Management division holistically as Director of Property Management, handing over the operational reigns to long term team member and Senior Property Manager Danielle Freeman in her new role as Property Management Co-Ordinator. Heidi’s role will be focused on business & staff development, engaging in ongoing training, development and growth of the property management division. Rest assured, Heidi will still be here for any client if needed and will be more than happy to provide any assistance required.
