The red light stays on at the on/off switch indicating power. When I turn it on, it makes a clicking noise in the power supply board, flashes blue 3 times then stays blue on the 4 th time but only for about 3 seconds. Then it makes a clicking noise again in the power supply board and the light turns red again. The TV screen never lights up during this process. I read several online threads for people experiencing a similar problem. Several technicians suggested looking for swollen capacitors on the different boards. None of my capacitors seem to be swollen and none are leaking fluid. Some techs suggested replacing the power supply board, which I did myself, but this made no difference. While I had the back cover off (and the new power supply board installed), I tried turning on the TV and looked around at the other boards for any lights or sounds. I noticed some LED lights coming on briefly on the small CTRL board located below the power supply board (see top of next page). I also noticed some LED lights coming on briefly on the board with all of the inputs/outputs (see bottom of next page).

ZSUS Board Power Supply Board

My TV will not turn on. I’ve tried unplugging it from the wall several times but it still won’t turn on. The red

light stays on at the on/off switch indicating power. When I turn it on, it makes a clicking noise in the power

supply board, flashes blue 3 times then stays blue on the 4th

time but only for about 3 seconds. Then it makes a

clicking noise again in the power supply board and the light turns red again. The TV screen never lights up

during this process.

I read several online threads for people experiencing a similar problem. Several technicians suggested looking

for swollen capacitors on the different boards. None of my capacitors seem to be swollen and none are leaking

fluid. Some techs suggested replacing the power supply board, which I did myself, but this made no difference.

While I had the back cover off (and the new power supply board installed), I tried turning on the TV and looked

around at the other boards for any lights or sounds. I noticed some LED lights coming on briefly on the small

CTRL board located below the power supply board (see top of next page). I also noticed some LED lights

coming on briefly on the board with all of the inputs/outputs (see bottom of next page).
