Access and Environmental Controls
• Technologies that allow for increased access to the environment.

Auditory Device
• Support students who are either deaf or suffering from hearing loss.

Mobility Devices
• Allow students to move independently and safely through the community
* Wheelchairs * Walkers *Adapted Bicycles
Positioning
• Helps students remain in comfortable positions without becoming exhausted during learning.

Augmentative Communication
• Allow a child who cannot speak, or whose speech is not understood by others, to communicate. * picture boards * communication software * computers
