JULY PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA ITEMS

Martin Subdivision - Alhambra Drive The referenced Subdivision Plan is located on Alhambra Drive in the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zoned District. The plan proposes to consolidate two lots into one lot. Planning Commission recommended granting final approval of the Martin Subdivision. Kriley / Palermo Subdivision - Crisswell Road The referenced Subdivision Plan is located on Crisswell Road in the A-1 (Agricultural) Zoned District. The plan proposes lot line revisions. Planning Commission recommended granting final approval of the Kriley / Palermo Subdivision contingent upon compliance with Gateway Engineers’ letter dated June 17, 2019, C-25654. Butler Farm Show Subdivision - Buttercup Road The referenced Subdivision Plan is located on Buttercup Road in the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zoned District. The plan proposes lot consolidations. Planning Commission recommended granting final approval of the Butler Farm Show Subdivision contingent upon Butler County Planning Commission Review.

JULY ZONING HEARING BOARD APPEALS Appeal #19-05 received May 24, 2019. The applicant is the property owner Christopher Henry. He asked for a Special Exception for Indoor Amusement. The property is located at 18 Chesapeake Street, Lyndora, PA (Map & Parcel 37-A388). The Zoning Hearing Board granted the special exception for a pinball arcade with the condition that the applicant applies for an occupancy permit by January 1, 2020.
