• Study on women's entrepreneurial potential in Montenegro • Assessment of finance institutions policies • NGOs, business associations & experts • Local campaign and follow up assessment
of women’s entrepreneurial ideas, capacities, educational needs • Tailored trainings for women • Business plans development ,
municipality support and networking
APPROACH
• Local level - awareness raising and education on women's entrepreneurship potential in 4 pilot municipalities
• Field work –motivational campaign with CSOs and local community to mobilize participants, potential women entrepreneurs (168 participants involved)
• Capacity building –the ideas & needs assessments findings followed up with tailored programs (138 women took active part in educational packages)
• Business Plans – In total 60 women developed business plan were 54 business plans + 6 start-ups predominantly in services, tourism, production (food and souvenirs)
• Local Support Plans for Women's Business Plans – local authorities commited to support 54 women's business plans
• Networking – with other women entrepreneurs, business associations, development agencies resulted with financial support to 34 businesses plans
