How to board an airplane ?

Passengers should arrive at the airport 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes) prior to departure for domestic flight

Check-in

Free luggage allowance 2 checked and 1 carry-on are allowed for either domestic of international flight. Maximum size and weight per checked is 158cm and 20kg （ lengh+width+depth ）

Carry –on luggage must fit under the seat or in an overhead compartment with maximum size 115cm and maximum weight 18kg.

• Do what captain or cabin crew ask you to do.

What will they remind you to do? They will remind you to fasten your seat belt and put your seat in the upright position

They will remind you not to smoke until you are inside the terminal building.

The cabin crew will come around with landing cards, and they will ask you to fill in them.

Jet lag 时差

• Time zone– Tokyo is an hour ahead of Beijing.– Doha['dauhə] is 5 hrs behind Beijing.– New York is 12 hours behind Beijing.

• Symptoms – The main symptom of jet lag is altered sleep pattern—sleepiness d

uring the day, and insomnia 失眠 during the night. Jet lag may also include indigestion 消化不良 and trouble concentrating 注意力不集中 .

• How to avoid A couple of days before you travel try going to bed earlier if you are travelling east and later if you are travelling westbound.

– Exposure to bright morning sunlight cures jet lag after a few days in most people.
