Immigrant Visa Interview Special Requirements

All Immigrant Visa applicants must appear for their interview with complete documentation. Please

note that this list of documents is more extensive than what is required by NVC to schedule an

appointment.

All applicants are required to bring the following documents to their interview (each document is

explained in more detail starting on page 3):

☐ Passport valid for at least six months after visa approval

☐ Two passport/visa photos

☐ Fill out Form DS-260 (application for visa)

☐ Processing fee for each applicant if not already paid at NVC is $325.

☐ Original Literal Birth Certificates or certified copy of Book of Births

☐ Literal Marriage Certificates – (Long form or copy of Book of Marriages)

☐ Divorce Decrees, if applicable

☐ Affidavit of Support from the Petitioner (original)

☐ Affidavit of Support from a Joint Sponsor, if necessary (original)

☐ Police certificate issued by the Dirección Policial de Investigaciones (D.P.I.)-

Tegucigalpa) – required for all applicants over the age of 16 (original)

☐ Proof of the relationship between the Beneficiary and Petitioner (photos, remittances)

☐ Medical Exams

☐ For applicants who have lived in the United States, additional documents are required –

see below.

Note that no one can assure you in advance that the visa will be issued. The approved petition

does not mean that a visa will automatically be issued. It is the purpose of the visa interview to

determine whether the applicant is eligible under U.S. law to receive the visa.

Approved visas are delivered via Cargo Expreso approximately 5-6 business days after approval. Do

not make plans to depart Honduras or buy plane tickets before you receive your visa.

CARGO EXPRESO

Please also note that all immigrant visa applicants must register with Cargo Expreso prior to

their visa interview. Scheduling and delivery of documents for all Immigrant Visas and Non-

Immigrant Visas will be handled by Cargo Expreso through the Call Center. If your visa is approved, it

will be sent to the Cargo Expreso Office that you selected. Please allow 5 to 6 business days to receive

your visa after the visa is approved. In rare cases, it may take slightly longer to receive your visa.

If you have been contacted by NVC and instructed that your immigrant visa appointment has

been scheduled: You must create a Cargo Expreso profile before you attend your immigrant visa

appointment. Please follow the instructions above.

If you have already had your immigrant visa interview and were informed that your visa is

APPROVED: If the visa is approved, you will be notified in person at the time of the interview, by

email, or by phone by the Embassy. You must have a Cargo Expreso profile with an agency

location chosen in order to receive your passport and visa – if you have not already created a

profile, you must follow the instructions above to create your profile.

If you are RESCHEDULING an Immigrant Visa Appointment: Contact the Immigrant Visa

Section by email at tggiv@state.gov in order to verify if you qualify for rescheduling. You will

receive a confirmation email, with instructions about continuing with this process. It may take 1-3

months before an appointment time is available, depending on availability.

Note: Applicants whose cases are scheduled by NVC do not need to contact the Call Center unless

they need to reschedule their cases. Only applicants who wish to reschedule their interview will need

to request an interview date through the Call Center.

Specific Document Requirements

Below is more specific information about the document requirements for the Immigrant Visa

interview:

1. PASSPORT: Make sure that there are no errors in your passport – check your name, date of birth,

etc. Please note that Honduran law requires that your passport have six months validity remaining after

your visa approval date. If you have less than 6 months validity left on your passport when your visa

is issued, you will be required to get a new passport and new medical exam before you can leave the

country. If your passport has less than one-year validity, it is generally a good idea to request a new

passport.

2. VISA PHOTOS: The photos must show your full face, looking directly at the camera, centered in the

photograph, with a white background and no border. The face should cover 50% of the photograph

area, and the ears should be clearly visible. The photo should be two inches by two inches

(approximately 50 mm X 50 mm).

3. FORM DS-260: The DS-260 can be found at the following link: https://ceac.state.gov/iv/. This form

must be filled in completely and accurately. To fill in the form on line, you will need a personal email

address, the case number, and the “Invoice ID” number, which you can get by dialing (603) 334-0700

or by writing an email to NVCinquiry@state.gov. For cases which do not have an Invoice ID from the

National Visa Center (NVC), because the petition was filed outside the United States, you can use the

beneficiary’s date of birth using the following format DDMMYYYY instead of the NVC receipt

number to fill in the DS-260. Each applicant must fill in the form completely and accurately and

present the confirmation sheet on the day of the interview. Errors or misrepresentations on this form

may cause your interview to be delayed or rescheduled.

4. PROCESSING FEE: This fee is non-refundable. All Immigrant Visa payments are made at the National

Visa Center. In rare cases, you need to pay at the U.S. Embassy, and may pay in dollars or the

equivalent in Lempiras. Each applicant must pay the fee. The fee for family-based petitions is $325

per person.

5. BIRTH CERTIFICATE – LITERAL FORM: We require a literal birth for all applicants from the Registro

Nacional de las Personas (RNP). The birth certificate literal form can be issued by the National

Archive of the Registro Nacional de las Personas located in Tegucigalpa or by the RNP office where

the birth was registered. We will only accept long-form birth certificates or a certified copy of the

book of births. This document is required for ALL beneficiaries. In the case of step-

relationships, the biological parent of the beneficiary must also submit long form (known as “forma

literal”) birth certificate.

6. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE: If the relationship between the petition and beneficiary is based on a

marriage relationship (husband-wife, or stepparent-stepchild), you must bring a marriage certificate to

the interview. For marriages in the United States, bring a certified copy of a marriage certificate. For

marriages in Honduras, we only accept the Marriage Certificate in long-form or certified copy of the

book of marriages.

7. DIVORCE DECREES: If the relationship between the petitioner and beneficiary is based on a marriage

relationship, and either party has been divorced, you must bring all divorce decrees to the interview.

For divorces in the United States, bring a certified copy of the final judgment of divorce. For divorces

in Honduras, we only accept the Constancia de Inscripcion de Divorcio from the Registro Nacional de

las Personas (RNP). Please note that under Honduran law, divorces are final as of the date of the

inscription; a divorce sentence is not proof of a final divorce.

8. AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FROM THE PETITIONER: Form I-864 must be signed by the petitioner and the

petitioner must include the most recent year’s federal tax return and W2 forms. If the petitioner did

not pay U.S. taxes, they must attach a signed letter explaining why they did not pay U.S. taxes, but

they are still required to complete the I-864. If the I-864 includes income from more than one person,

each contributing household member must complete and sign Form I-864A and attach it to the original

form.

9. AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FROM JOINT SPONSOR: If the petitioner does not earn enough income to

support the beneficiary and all derivatives at 125% of the U.S. poverty guidelines, a second sponsor

will need to complete and sign another Form I-864. The joint sponsor should also provide proof of

their legal status and their most recent federal income tax return. If the I-864 includes income from

more than one person, each contributing household member must complete and sign Form I-864A and

attach it to the original form.

10. POLICE CERTIFICATE: All applicants over the age of 16 must present a Honduran police certificate

issued by the Dirección Policial de Investigaciones (D.P.I.) We only accept police certificates from the

D.P.I. in Tegucigalpa. You can obtain this document at: Dirección Policial de Investigaciones (DPI)

Building “UNPH”, Sector Sur, Anillo Periférico, antes de la entrada a la Col. Cañada, Frente a las

certificates from any countries in which you have resided for 6 months or more after the age of 16.

Applicants who have been arrested for any reason, in any country, must submit all criminal records,

including court proceedings and decrees of final disposition on their case.

11. PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP: Because civil documents in Honduras are not always reliable, we request

additional evidence of your relationship with the person who filed the petition for you. We are far

more likely to approve your visa if you bring evidence of your relationship. While it is not

required, it is helpful to have both the petitioner and applicant at the interview. We cannot view photos

or messages on a cell phone; all proof of relationship must be printed.

Examples of evidence of relationship include:

If your petition is based upon a MARRIAGE or FIANCÉ relationship:

Birth certificates of children you have together

Photos of you and your spouse/fiancé at different stages of your relationship, i.e. vacations,

wedding, family photos

Receipts from money sent to you by your spouse/fiancé

Letters/emails/messages exchanged between you and your spouse/fiancé

Proof of visits and phone calls

If your petition is based upon a PARENT/CHILD or SIBLING relationship (with the petitioner or

the biological parent in the case of a step-relationship):

Family photos with the applicant and petitioner at different ages, especially before the

petitioner left Honduras (it is helpful if you label photos with the names of people in the photo

and approximate dates)

The original yellow birth registration card issued when the birth was registered

Letters/emails/messages exchanged between the applicant and petitioner

Vaccination/growth certificate

These are simply examples of ways to prove your relationship. Please bring any documentation and

evidence you have that you think might be helpful.

Please note that one way to prove a biological relationship is with DNA testing. DNA testing is

optional. In some cases, if there is insufficient proof of relationship, DNA testing can be useful to

prove the existence of a biological relationship. Please note that DNA collection abroad is only

valid if it takes place at the U.S. Embassy in Tegucigalpa. Do not schedule DNA testing without

contacting the U.S. Embassy first. You will be provided with more information about DNA testing at

your interview if this option is pertinent to your case. It is usually best to wait until after your interview

to decide whether DNA testing is a good option in your case. If you are interested in DNA testing,

please email the Embassy at tggdna@state.gov.

12. MEDICAL EXAM: Each Immigrant Visa applicant and Fiancé (K) Visa applicant, including children of

any age, must undergo a medical examination. All applicants must present completed medical exams

in a sealed envelope at the time of their immigrant visa interview. Do not open this envelope under

any circumstance. We will not issue a visa without a medical exam.

Please note that all applicants between 2 and 14 years of age are now required to take a tuberculin skin

test (PPD test) at least four days prior to their Immigrant Visa appointment. The PPD test results must

be reviewed by a panel physician 48-72 hours after the skin test’s administration, and in some cases

children may need follow-up chest X-rays. As a result, applicants should plan to have their medical

exam at least four days prior to their Immigrant Visa interview.

NOTE: All visa applicants undergoing a medical exam, 15 years of age or older, are required to be

tested for gonorrhea. Applicants must contact the physician at least four days in advance of their

prospective medical exam date. The physician will give you instructions on procedures you need to

follow for your medical exam.

You may select any one of the doctors listed below; they all charge the same prices. Please note that

each physician will have their own office hours and office procedures. For specific questions about

your medical exam, including what documents to bring, please contact the physician directly.

Each applicant must present to the examining physician:

1. Valid Passport (at least one year validity) and a copy. Please make sure that your name,

date of birth, sex, and expiration date shown on your passport are correct.

2. Five Photographs ID size (color photos on a white background)

3. Vaccination card. Please make sure it is current. U.S. law requires certain vaccinations

depending on the age and sex of the applicant. If you cannot provide a current, original,

and valid vaccination card to the physician, you will need to pay for all of the required

vaccinations.

4. Your case number that begins with TGG

5. On a White sheet of paper list the following information:

a. Current home address in Honduras

b. Address in the U.S. where you plan to reside

d. If the patient is female and has had children: date of birth of all children

Date of previous surgeries

The medical examination is generally valid for 6 months, but for those with certain medical

conditions, the validity period is 3 months. You will have to repeat your medical examination if

you do not complete the visa process before your medical examination expires, or if you change

your passport after you have undergone your medical examination.

13. APPLICANTS WHO HAVE LIVED IN THE UNITED STATES OR ENTERED THE UNITED STATES

WITHOUT PERMISSION: Applicants who have lived in the United States or have been detained or

deported from the United States at any time must submit all documents relating to their

immigration proceedings, including deportation orders, voluntary departure orders, verification of

departure documents, proof of date of return to Honduras, and immigration court proceedings.

Applicants who have been in the United States illegally and were granted Temporary Protected

Status (TPS), political asylum, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or any other authorization

to remain in the U.S., must submit all applications, any approval or denial documents, and cards

issued to the applicant. Claims of lawful presence in the U.S. will not be acknowledged without

complete documentation – the burden of proof of legal status in the U.S. is on the applicant.

Similarly, the burden of proving voluntary departure from the U.S. is on the applicant.

Requisitos Especiales para Visas de Inmigrantes

Los documentos mencionados abajo son requisitos para completar su caso

Todos los beneficiarios para Visas de Inmigrantes deben de presentarse a la entrevista con los

documentos completos. Favor tome nota que el listado de los documentos es más extenso que el que

Nadie puede asegurarle con anticipación que su visa será otorgada. La petición aprobada no

significa que su visa será otorgada automáticamente. El propósito de la entrevista es verificar si el

beneficiario es elegible o no para recibir una visa de acuerdo a las leyes de los Estados Unidos.

Si su visa es aprobada, será enviada a través de la Agencia de Cargo Expreso que usted seleccionó.

Tomará de 5 a 6 días hábiles para recibir su visa una vez aprobada. Por favor NO haga planes para

viajar fuera de Honduras y no compre boletos de avión hasta que haya recibido su visa.

CARGO EXPRESO

Los beneficiarios para Visa de Inmigrantes deben de registrarse con la Oficina de Cargo Expreso antes

de la entrevista. Para reprogramar y/o entrega de documentos para todos los beneficiarios de Visas de

Inmigrantes y No-Inmigrantes se procesarán a través del Centro de llamadas de Cargo Expreso. Si su

visa es aprobada, va a recibirla a través de Cargo Expreso en la Agencia que usted ha previamente

seleccionado. Tomará aproximadamente de 5 a 6 días recibir la visa después de ser aprobada. En

ciertos casos, puede tomar más de ese tiempo.

Si usted ha sido contactado por el Centro Nacional de Visas para programar su Visa de

Inmigrante: Usted debe de crear el perfil de Cargo Expreso antes de presentarse a su cita de

Residencia. Siga las instrucciones arriba mencionadas

Si usted ya tiene una cita programada para su Visa de Inmigrante: y se le informó que su

visa ha sido aprobada: Si su visa ha sido aprobada se le informará al momento de la

entrevista, por correo electrónico, o por teléfono directamente por la Embajada. Usted debe de

abrir su perfil con Cargo Expreso. Si no ha abierto el perfil, entonces siga las instrucciones

arriba mencionadas

Si usted desea reprogramar una Cita de Residencia: Usted deberá contactar la Oficina de

Visa de Inmigrante al correo electrónico tggiv@state.gov para verificar que califica para

reprogramar una cita. Usted recibirá un correo confirmando que puede continuar con el

proceso. Puede tomar entre 1 a 3 meses que tengamos un espacio disponible para la cita.

Nota: Los beneficiarios que han programado cita con el Centro Nacional de Visas no deben de

contactar al Centro de llamadas para programar citas. Solamente los beneficiarios que desean

reprogramar citas.

Documentos Requeridos para la entrevista

1. PASAPORTE: Asegúrese de que su pasaporte no tenga errores en su nombre, fecha de nacimiento,

etc. Honduras requiere que el pasaporte tenga una validez de seis meses para salir del país. Si usted

tiene menos de seis meses usted requiere un nuevo pasaporte, y exámenes médicos antes de que la visa

sea emitida. Algunos de los médicos requieren que el pasaporte tenga una validez de un año. Si su

pasaporte tiene menos de un año chequee con ellos antes para ver si necesita obtener un nuevo

pasaporte.

2. FOTOS: Las fotos deben de mostrar la cara completa, viendo directamente a la cámara, centrada,

fondo blanco y sin bordes o cuadros. La cara debe de cubrir el 50% del área de la fotografía, sus orejas

deben de verse claramente. La foto es de dos pulgadas por dos pulgadas (aproximadamente 50mm x

50mm).

3. DS-260: La forma DS-260 puede encontrarla en el enlace https://ceac.state.gov/iv/. Esta forma debe

de ser llenada completamente y debe de ser precisa. Para llenarla, usted necesita su correo electrónico

personal, número de caso, el número de recibo o “invoice number” proporcionado por el NVC en la

carta de la entrevista, puede llamarlos al (603) 334-0700, o escribirles al nvcinquiry@state.gov para

obtener el número en caso de haber extraviado la carta. Para casos en el que no tienen un número de

recibo, pueden usar la fecha de nacimiento del beneficiario escribiéndolo con el formato

DDMMAAAA. Cada beneficiario debe de llenar la forma y presentar una copia de la Hoja de

confirmación impresa al momento de la entrevista. Errores e información fraudulenta en la forma

puede causar un atraso y que su cita sea reprogramada.

4. PAGO DE LA ENTREVISTA: Este pago no es reembolsable. Cada beneficiario debe de cancelar

la entrevista con el NVC. En raros casos, se cancela en el Consulado y el pago debe de ser en dólares o

su equivalente en Lempiras. El costo de la entrevista es de $325.00 por persona.

5. PARTIDA DE NACIMIENTO: Partida de Nacimiento forma literal o copia certificada del folio

del libro de nacimiento, emitida por el Registro Nacional de las Personas (RNP). La partida literal

puede solicitarla en el Archivo Central localizado en Tegucigalpa o en el RNP adonde reporto el

nacimiento. Las formas cortas no son aceptadas. Solamente se aceptan las partidas de nacimiento en

forma literal o copia certificada del folio.

Este documento es requerido para TODOS los beneficiarios y en el caso de padrastro o madrastra, será

de los padres biológicos del beneficiario.

6. CERTIFICADO DE MATRIMONIO: Si la relación entre el beneficiario y el peticionario se basa

en una relación matrimonial (esposo-esposo o padres biológicos y padrastros), usted debe de presentar

un certificado de matrimonio al momento de la entrevista. Para matrimonios en los Estados Unidos,

usted debe de presentar un certificado autenticado o un documento original. Para matrimonios en

Honduras solamente aceptamos en la forma larga o conocida como forma literal o copia certificada del

libro de matrimonios, emitida por el Registro Nacional de las Personas.

7. DECRETOS DE DIVORCIO: Si tiene una relación entre un peticionario y beneficiario basado en

matrimonio, y cualquiera de ellos ha sido divorciado, usted debe de presentar todos los decretos de

divorcios al momento de la entrevista. Para divorcios en los Estados Unidos debe de presentar copia

certificada de la decisión final del divorcio. Para divorcios en Honduras, solamente se aceptan la

Constancia de Divorcio emitida por el Registro Nacional de las Personas. Favor tomar nota que bajo

las leyes de Honduras el divorcio es completado solamente cuando se inscriben con el RNP; una

sentencia de divorcio del Juzgado no es un divorcio legal finalizado.

8. CARTA DE SOSTENIMIENTO DEL PETICIONARIO: La forma I-864 debe de estar firmada

por el peticionario, debe de incluir prueba de su ciudadanía o residencia legal de los Estados Unidos,

impuesto del último año más reciente. Si el peticionario no pudo realizar el pago de sus impuestos,

debe de presentar una carta notariada explicando porque no pago impuestos ese año, y siempre

requiere presentar la carta de sostenimiento. Si necesita los ingresos de su cónyuge, deberá de

presentar la misma información y la forma I-864A.

9. CARTA DE SOSTENIMIENTO DEL CO-AVAL: Si el peticionario no llena los requisitos de la

línea de pobreza del 125%, una persona debe de servir de co-aval y deberá de completar los

documentos de la forma I-864, prueba de estatus legal, impuestos, y la forma W2s del último año más

reciente.

10. CERTIFICADO DE LA POLICIA: Todos los beneficiarios mayores de 16 años deben de

presentar la Constancia de Antecedentes Policiales emitida por la Dirección Policial de Investigaciones

(DPI). Solamente se aceptan las emitidas en Tegucigalpa. Usted puede obtener el documento con ellos

a la dirección: Dirección Policial de Investigaciones (DPI) Edificio “UNPH”, Sector Sur, Anillo

Periférico, antes de la entrada a la Col. Cañada, Frente a las bodegas de Walmart y frente a UTH,

Tegucigalpa, D.C. Teléfonos 2246-5789; 2246-5797, Horas de oficina: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00am a

12:00pm y de 1:00pm a 4:00 pm. Adicionalmente, usted debe de presentar certificados de la policía de

otros países si ha residido por más de seis meses después de la edad de 16 años.

11. PRUEBA DE RELACION Desafortunadamente, algunos documentos que presentan los

beneficiarios en el momento de la entrevista como certificados de matrimonio y nacimiento, no son

confiables. Por lo que se necesita evidencia adicional con el fin de procesar su aplicación para una visa

de inmigrante, por favor presente prueba convincente de relación entre usted y su cónyuge.

Aunque no es un requisito, es recomendable que tanto el peticionario como el beneficiario estén

presentes durante la entrevista. No podemos ver fotos o mensajes en su celular.Presente cualquier

documento en original que usted considere necesario para establecer dicha relación.

Algunos ejemplos incluyen:

Si su petición es basada en una relación de MATRIMONIO:

Certificados de nacimiento de hijos dentro del matrimonio

Fotografías de usted y su cónyuge.

Existen maneras simples de comprobar su relación. Usted puede presentar cualquier otro documento

que usted considere que pueda ser de ayuda para su caso. Recuerde, nosotros queremos trabajar con

usted para ayudarle a comenzar su nueva vida en los Estados Unidos.

Otra manera de comprobar su relación es con una prueba genética de A D N. Esta prueba es opcional.

En algunos casos, si la prueba de relación es insuficiente, la prueba puede servirle para comprobar esa

relación. El examen de A D N fuera de los Estados Unidos solamente es válido en la Embajada de Los

Estados Unidos en Tegucigalpa. No programe una cita con los laboratorios sin haberse contactado con

la Embajada primero. Se le proporcionará más información de la prueba al momento de la entrevista

solamente si esta opción es pertinente a su caso. Es preferible, esperar hasta que usted tenga su

entrevista antes de que elija la opción de A D N. Si usted está interesado o tiene alguna consulta sobre

12. EXAMEN MEDICO: Cada persona que solicita una visa de Inmigrante y de Prometido(a),

incluyendo menores de edad, deberán someterse a un examen médico completo. Los beneficiarios que

se presentan para la entrevista sin sus exámenes médicos adentro de un sobre cerrado tendrán que

programar una nueva cita. Bajo ninguna circunstancia deberá abrir este sobre! No se emitirá una

visa sin este documento.

Por favor tomen en cuenta que todos los solicitantes entre los 12 y 14 años requieren realizar una

prueba cutánea de Tuberculina (PPD). Los resultados de la prueba tienen que ser examinados por un

médico aprobado por la Embajada dentro de 48-72 horas después del examen, y en ciertos casos los

niños necesitan tomar una radiografía de Tórax. Para este procedimiento estos solicitantes deberán

realizar sus exámenes médicos por lo menos 4 días antes de sus entrevistas.

NOTA: Todo los solicitantes de visa de 15 años de edad y mayores de 15 años, deben hacerse una

prueba de gonorrea. Favor contacte a uno de los médicos abajo detallados por lo menos cuatro

días antes de su cita médica deseada. El médico le dará instrucciones en cuanto al procedimiento a

seguir para efectuar su examen médico.

Usted puede seleccionar cualquiera de los doctores abajo mencionados, todos tienen los mismos

precios. Cada doctor tiene su proceso y horario de oficina diferente. Para especificaciones acerca

del examen, incluyendo que documentos traer a la cita médica, contáctese con ellos directamente.

Cada beneficiario deberá presentar lo siguiente al momento de ser examinado:

1. Pasaporte Válido (por lo menos un año de vigencia): Asegúrese de corregir el nombre,

fecha de nacimiento, sexo, y vigencia del pasaporte antes de someterse a los exámenes.

2. Fotografía: Cinco fotografías a color tamaño carné (fondo blanco)

3. Carné de vacunas: Asegúrese de que la tarjeta de vacunas esta actualizada. Las leyes de los

Estados Unidos requieren vacunas que dependen de la edad y sexo del solicitante. Si usted no

puede proporcionar una tarjeta de vacuna actual y completa al doctor o la doctora, usted tendrá

que cancelar el pago de todas las vacunas.

4. Su número de caso que comienza con TGG

5. Presentar los siguientes datos en una hoja en blanco:

a. Dirección exacta donde vive actualmente en Honduras

b. Dirección exacta a donde va a vivir en los Estados Unidos

c. Correo electrónico de contacto

d. Si la paciente es del sexo femenino y tiene hijos: fechas de nacimiento de todos los hijos

Los exámenes médicos por lo general tienen una validez de 6 meses, pero en ciertos casos de

solicitantes con condiciones médicas, son válidos por solamente 3 meses. Usted deberá de repetir los

exámenes si: No termina su proceso antes de la fecha de vencimiento de su examen. Si cambia de

pasaporte después de haberse hecho los exámenes médicos, tendrá que repetir los exámenes con el

nuevo pasaporte.

Examen General: Lps. 1000 (Honorarios del médico) El costo total del exámen médico el cual

incluye exámenes de laboratorio y vacunas puede llegar hasta Lps 23,000. Esto dependerá de su

condición médica individual.

13 APLICANTES QUE HAN RESIDIDO EN LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS O QUE HAN

INGRESADO A LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS SIN UN PERMISO: Los beneficiarios que han vivido

en los Estados Unidos sin un documento legal o que han sido deportados de los Estados Unidos en

cualquier momento deben de someter todos los documentos relacionados a su proceso Migratorio,

incluyendo salidas voluntarias, verificacion de documentos, prueba de regreso a Honduras,

documentos de la Corte de Inmgración. Los beneficiarios que han ingresado ilegalmente a los Estados

Unidos y que se les aprobó una protección temporal (TPS), o asilo politico, o cualquier otra

autorizacion para permanecer en los Estados Unidos, deben de presentar todas las aplicaciones

originales, ya sea de aprobación o negación del documento, tarjetas emitidas. Someter estas pruebas es

netamente responsabilidad del beneficiario. Asimismo, prueba de salidas voluntarias.
