UHF RFID TAG FOR INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRIES 2016

USTAG PERFORMER 70 is a wash proof, heavy industry laundry tag that has been tested and approved for 200 washer and extractor cycles with extraction pressure of 60 bars. It can easily be heat sealed on textiles with a standard thermal press or procured as already heat sealed on sew on custom logo labels. It is ironing friendly including chest heated rollers and suitable for dry cleaning process.

USTAG PERFORMER 70 provides best in class performance with optimized detection range and orientation sensitivity. As a result it is now possible to read items with higher accuracy at the bulk counting stations (PassPortal 456, Eggwalk 2500, Ladybug 522), simultaneously count more items at the packaging stations (PACKPORT 60) and detect more items at the security portals (SECURIPORT 640).
