PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

V-Ray Next for SketchUp is much more than just a renderer. Not only is it quick and easy, it’s a natural extension of your SketchUp design workflow. It comes with everything you need to render anything you can imagine — from your earliest design concepts to your final photorealistic images. And it’s compatible with lots of ready-made assets and scenes from other V-Ray applications which opens up a world of possibilities.

V-Ray Next for SketchUp is now twice as fast. Not only does it render faster, but with its improved lighting setups, better asset management, and even more seamless integration, your workflow will be faster too.

WHAT’S NEW

STREAMLINED CREATIVE WORKFLOW

Powerful asset management. Streamline your creative workflow and keep track of your entire scene quickly and easily with the new and improved asset management tools in V-Ray Next for SketchUp. You can now search, select and preview assets — including full material setups — all from one location.

A deep SketchUp connection. In addition to rendering, V-Ray Next for SketchUp adds new and improved tools to help you manage your scene, customize your viewport styles, and import V-Ray scenes from other 3D applications. And to expand your toolkit further, it includes improved network rendering and a new V-Ray toolbar to make it easy to access all your favorite tools.

Fast and effective lighting. Now in V-Ray Next for SketchUp you can set up, measure, and render your scene lighting faster and easier than ever before. Change the size of multiple light instances all at once without affecting their intensity, accurately measure light levels, and render interiors up to 7 times faster with the new Adaptive Dome Light.

Efficient render control. Simple, straightforward camera settings make it easy to render your next masterpiece with V-Ray Next for SketchUp. The new Auto Exposure and Auto White Balance controls will help you get a perfect image every time — with more advanced controls just a few clicks away.

New masking methods. For better control over your renders in 2D, you can now render masks for objects based on RGB colors or material IDs.

New Materials and Textures. Now in V-Ray Next for SketchUp, the standard V-Ray Material is compatible with PBR metallic reflections that are popular in game engines and other tools such as Substance Designer. And for even greater control, you can also remap the RGB or HSV values of any texture.

Scene Intelligence. V-Ray Next for SketchUp’s Scene Intelligence automatically analyzes your scene to optimize rendering for you. That means you always get the best quality, in less time. Thanks to the brand-new smart Adaptive Dome Light and Automatic Camera Exposure features you can render a perfectly exposed image each time.

AI Denoiser. With the new NVIDIA AI Denoiser, you can instantly remove noise while you render. And with the improved V-Ray Denoiser, you can denoise each render element for even more control in post-production.
