Verizon Wireless Corporate EmailSetup GuideYou must download and subscribe to the Corporate Email Client before you can begin using the application. You
may also need to contact your Microsoft® Exchange Administrator to verify the server address and allow you to
sync your email. To learn more, (1) visit a Verizon Wireless Communications Store or Authorized Retailer and speak
with a sales representative, or (2) dial *611 from your wireless phone.
Downloading Corporate Email1. Select Menu, then select Media Center.
2. Select Browse & Download.

3. If you see Corporate Email here, select it and then skip to step 5. Otherwise, select Get New Application.
4. Select Email.
5. Select Corporate Email.

6. Corporate Email requires a subscription of $9.99 per month. Press OK to continue.
7. You will be asked to confirm the subscription charge. Select Yes to continue. Select Yes to run the application. .
8. Read the introduction text carefully. Then when you are ready, select OK to begin configuring your account (see
following pages on how to do this).
Note: You may need to contact your Exchange Administrator to verify some information. Corporate Email
requires specific server information that may only be available from your IT administrator in order to set up
the client software.

Confi guring Corporate Email for Microsoft Exchange Servers (2003, 2007, and 2010)
1. Select Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync from the provider list. Then select Next.
2. Enter your user name, password, and domain. Then select Next.
3. Enter your server address, email address, and SSL settings. Then select Next.

4. Create a PIN number. Then select Next.
5. Once the sync process finishes, the application will take you to the main menu.

Confi guring Corporate Email for IBM Lotus Notes
1. Select IBM Lotus Notes from the provider list. Then select Next.1
2. Enter your user name, password, and domain. Then select Next.
3. Enter your server address, email address, and SSL settings. Then select Next.
1 Supports ActiveSync for IBM Lotus Notes version 8.5.1 or later (features similar to Microsoft Exchange 2003).

4. Create a PIN number. Then select Next.
5. Once the sync process finishes, the application will take you to the main menu.

Confi guring Corporate Email for Google
1. Select Google1 from the provider list. Then select Next.
2. Enter your email address and password. Then select Next.
3. Create a PIN number. Then select Next.
1 Email is supported with IMAP protocols. Contacts and Calendar are supported with Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocols (features similar to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003).

4. Once the sync process finishes, the application will take you to the main menu.

Confi guring Corporate Email for Yahoo! Zimbra
1. Select Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync1 from the provider list. Then select Next.
2. Enter your user name, password, and domain. Then select Next.
3. Enter your server address, email address, and SSL settings. Then select Next.

Confi guring Corporate Email for Other Professional Email (IMAP or POP3)
1. Select Other Professional Email Accounts1. Then select Next.
2. Enter your user name, password, and email address. Then select Next.
3. If your email provider is not common, the application will prompt you to enter the incoming server address.
4. Create a PIN number. Then select Next.
1 IMAP accounts can be confi gured with real-time push or periodic sync. POP3 accounts can be confi gured with periodic sync.
Then select Next.

5. Once the sync process finishes, the application will take you to the main menu.
